The best you can’t ever find”
The hotel staff was very helpful. Our baggage was delayed and they help us keep calling the airport for updates. Unexpected extra miles of service! Good speaking english. Room was very clean, everything was modern, where can you get clear tv channels with sound bars! Everything was fully equipped. I can say it was beyond 5 stars rating. It was also located next to Vivocity SC which is a mere 2-3 mins walk.

An Absolute Gem in District 7!”
My guests and I were very impressed after we entered our 3-bedroom. Oakwood has one of the cleanest rooms in Saigon. The location is right next to a big mall that offers a ton of restaurants and shops. There is also a convenient store near the front door! The room we stayed in is always so quiet, which is very rare in Saigon. Value for money is totally worth it. Only down side is that the TV doesn’t have YouTube. Everything else is 5 stars! Book this place if you plan on staying in District 7, because the rooms sell out fast!

Wow , I love the place with the pool and exercise room”
I almost wish I could live here. Very clean, very modern and new. Right next to a mall which is great and the restaurants in and around the hotel serve delicious foods. The front desk people were very helpful in getting is a tour with Asiana tours which turned out to be a very good experience.

A Super Clean, Sanitized ,Amazing!”
The residence hotel is superb. The room was well clean, linens were crispy, & kitchen drawers of silverwares & dishes were all sealed with stickers indicating they are cleaned and safe. All staff is professional & speaks English well. Although it's not located in the center of HCMC, it is extremely covenient in District 7, next to a big shopping mall & various choices of restaurants nearby. Definitely I'd go back & stay here when I visit the area.

Although the residence was located at District 7, it was only a 15-20min drive to the heart of District 1 via Grab/GoJek. One of the best service apartments in District 7 Ho Chi Minh”
This service apartment is located next to Vivo City Mall (Ho Chi Minh), so it's really convenient for shopping and dining. The room is nice, clean, and has modern design, which is equipped with complete cooking utensils and washing machine. A very nice and comfortable apartment with spacious 2 beds rooms and full kitchen equipment. Great location, which just 20m distance to Vivo City department store. The property had everything you needed with a fantastic swimming pool and gym room. The staff was amicable and prompt with replies to any queries.

A different choice in HCM ”
Hotel located in District 7 not close to centre but it’s near residence. You can have a living feel and you can cook in the kitchen of hotel. Nice experience.

Very spacious and staff was very friendly. Truly loved the fact that it has a bathtub and a washer and drier. The view of the city was also just spectacular, we were on the 30th which is the highest! Definitely would recommend this place in a heartbeat 😃

Good things: they are located in next to Vivo shopping mall and clean swimming pool. Bad things? I visited them with 2adults and child who is 5years old so I choosed 2bed room but I stayed with my kid. But I wasn't able to choose 1bed room. If there is King size bed, it will be perfect.
