The whole place has an old charm feel. very much well maintained. the room we had was superior king. very clean. the linen, towels, tub, bathroom, parquet floors, rattan furniture, all is very well kept. the pool is a big one, however, not so much for kids since it is 5 to 6 feet. we, however, enjoyed doing laps. the restaurant serves excellent food. better to dress up a bit in there. oh and there is a pub in the lobby for a night cap. local bands every night. staffs are very friendly and attentive without overdoing it. if youre up for a staycation, this is it. very much recommended.

Not 5 stars… more like 10 stars!!”
My husband and 2 teenage daughters stayed here for 6 nights (checked out yesterday) and would have to say that it was overall a very pleasant stay and experience. My family and I have done a lot of traveling over the years, and Oasis provides the BEST customer service (way better than in the mainland US, and even better than Hawaii where tourism is high). In fact, the tropical vibe in Oasis makes it feel like you’re in Hawaii, but without the Pacific Ocean. The breakfast included in the stay is delish and there are many options to choose from (di nakakasawa). Dinners at the grill and pub were also a great experience. Special thanks for Aileen at the front desk for being so pleasant, Ram and Edson at the restaurant for being so attentive. Staying at Oasis for 6 nights- you end up getting to know some of the staff, and you almost feel at home. Coming back to Oasis each time we are in Angeles for sure. Highly recommend!!! :)

Oasis Hotel - consistently good”
I really can't remember how many years ago when I started going to the Oasis Hotel in Angeles City. It has always been my go-to hotel when I just want to relax in comfort. The food, staff and rooms are always immaculate and higher standard than most hotels in the area. The menu is a little dated and could do with updating for typical allergies and dietary restrictions, and also provide some gluten free bread or pasta. The place is quiet, aside from the occasional plane from Clark, but worth the extra cost to be away from the noise of Fields Avenue bars. Good facilities for conferences and events, just make sure you pick a time out of season as it books up quickly.

Not your modern hotel but they have maintained the facilities and the rooms are clean! THE STAFF are the best! The service they offer is comparable to a 5star hotel. The The american plated breakfast is something to look forward. Its not a buffet type but it was filling. We enjoyed it! We will go back here to try their RST- Buffet @ their Maranao grill resto. They only offer it every thurs and Fri. We will go back here! We love how nice their staff were during our stay.

An Oasis in Clark, Pampanga”
What strikes you when you enter the Hotel premises is the attentiveness of the staff. From the parking guys to the cleaning people, they seem to have your comfort in mind. The food is another good find. It was like I wanted to eat everything on the menu. The place is quiet and clean and very well maintained. The people take pride in what they are doing and you feel it. At night we tried the Pub that offered a cozy place and good singers and music. We are definitely coming back.

Aside from clean spacious accommodations, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. But the best part of Oasis Hotel is their pool which is so clean and wonderful to swim in. The food is also great to keep coming back to. Their salad bar is a steal at just 250 eat all you can.

Good but can do better”
The place is huge, and rooms are all clean. Breakfast was delightful. Only problem was the wifi. Area has fake LTE and their wifi isn’t working properly. Even on their lobby and pool area. If you’re not an individual who just wanted to relax and want disconnect from the world, it’s a great place to have your stay.

Kidney shape swimming pool is lovely and inviting and the breakfast being buffet is excellent... The rooms maybe tired but clean and staff always smiling and polite...I have been coming back here for almost 20 yrs and will be doing so i hope for the next 20....

I super love my stay in Oasis. The staff was very courteous and visible. The rooms were clean and cozy. What what I love most is the water dispenser and ice tubes that is self-service and useful for guest who is very particular in their water intake. And the only hotel with an alkaline water dispenser. I will come back, and I enjoyed their RST Buffet.

The Oasis of Pampanga”
This was my fourth time to come to Oasis and they are consistent in cleanliness, friendliness, good quality of the food at the restaurant and an over all relaxing atmosphere. Location is near other points of interest. No need to go out for nightly entertainment as they have their own bar with a live band. No problem going back to your room after a few drinks.

My family and I stayed at this hotel and we absolutely loved our stay. The room is very spacious and super clean. The food is really good. They offer the best steak in town. The kids enjoy the pool and the small fishpond with turtles in the property.

I have stayed here for business many times now. Oasis is dated but beautifully maintained. I have stayed in many in Angeles and this I consider the best. The food is a mixture of quality international and local cuisine and ALL the staff are extremely attentative, well trained and managed. Plus you are in a peaceful secure compound off the road so minimal road noise unlike other hotel in this area

Exceptional”
Late post but still, I highly recommend Oasis Hotel to families with young kids. Their junior suite is really spacious. We stayed there last year during the height of the pandemic. Only a few people are in so we somehow got this sense of security that we are relatively safe from the virus because of the less crowd that we encountered. The kids have been stuck for more than a year in the house so our stay at Oasis is a much-needed break for all of us.

Everything was just great. Attention to detail everywhere. Four real well maintained pot plants in the huge room. Buffet or ala carte menu highly recommended. Quality and attentive staff everywhere. Great pool and thousands of plants everywhere. An older well maintained hotel with new fittings in the rooms and old customer values and service that are hard to find.

We have stayed at this hotel many time. The first time was 1998. It has always been a very clean and in good condition hotel. We have always stayed in a junior suite very nice and large room. All of the staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The Thursday, Friday, and Saturday dinner buffet is excellent, for me it has the best beef I have had in the Philippines. Best hotel we have stayed at in the Angeles City area. If I had to make one negative comment the beds are to hard for my liking.
