Good place to stay in Dumaguete city. ”
The room is spacious for my husband and daughter. I'm glad that the hot and cold water dispenser is freely available for us especially when making milk for my baby. They also accept visitors in the room. The bathroom is clean. Though I'm not just comfortable with the room lighting.. Perhaps I'm just used to having bright lights. The bulbs are a little bit dim but not a big issue. Towels are quite old and thin already though it's clean and new from laundry. Perhaps I can suggest to change their towels already. The telephone is quite not in good condition. So far, location of the hotel is great as it is in the downtown area. Near to church, walking distance to the boulevard and market as well as shopping malls. Receptionist are accommodating and friendly. The elevator is working properly and steps if you're taking the stairs, are wide and not stressful..

VALUE FOR MONEY AND STAFF ARE ACCOMMODATING”
We came from Siquijor and arrived Dumaguete at 9;30AM. We have an 8 hours layover before our flight back to Manila so we needed a place to stay for the 8 hours layover period. Hotel is really value for money. Paid Only P800. They allowed us to check-in as early as 9:30am. The rooms are dated BUT ITS VERY CLEAN. NO COMPLAINTS. It has a stong water pressure (Hot and Cold) Rain Bath Shower. It has a small Flat Screen TV with a lot of Cable TV Channels (CSI / History / CNN almost all the Channels that I love). They have Fee Hot and Cold Water Dispenser on the Hallways. The Room has a very Cold Air Conditioner which i love so much. The location is just across the BELL TOWER and the CHURCH. The Public Market is just 2 Blocks away where we ate BOD-BOD / Puto Maya with Hot Tablea Choocolate. Tranportation to Siliman and nearby areas is only P10 pesos per person. Very Cheap Indeed!!! Finally, THE STAFF ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING!!! They allowed us to check-in very early. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!

We had a great stay at Obdulia's, I highly recommend the place. It is close to everything, wifi is strong in our room, AC is cold, the heater works well. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay there again when we come back to Dumaguete.

Large rooms i.e. 22 sqm ! Great & friendly Reception Staff ! Ask for Rooms on the quiet, back side of the Hotel ! On the other sides busy street or sometimes church bell. 100 m from the Hotel you can rent motorbikes for 350 P/day. Had a small problem in the room which was fixed immediately. Can highly recommend the Hotel if you want to stay in downtown Dumaguete !

Large room with two comfortable single beds. Good bathroom. Nice staff Close to the promenade. 7- eleven downstairs for cheap tasty coffee. Lighting was very dim and gloomy The window was very dirty and wr couldn't see out of it (but impossible to clean due to the design of the building) Affordable and fine for a short stay.

The hotel was fine, location is perfect, theres free mineral water at the lobby for each floor but lobby at the 4th floor was warm bcoz its not aircon but ground floor lobby is cool 😉 Staffs were kind and very helpful specially my partner got sick and the girl at the information counter even offered her 2 pieces hydrite to help replenish the electrolytes of my partner, The room is spacious enough and if you need to ask for additional amenities like fridge or blowdryer, you can anytime ask at the information counter.

Location is superb. It is at km. 0 and the center of activities, across the belfry and the Dumaguete diocese, just a few meters to the public market and jeepney terminals, a short walk to the busy Perdices street and famed Rizal boulevard. There's even a 7-11 at the corner of the hotel. The only discomfort is the lighting in the room. It's a little dark. There were mosquitoes as well.

Large clean room, staff very friendly. 7/11 next door and other shops close by. Easy to get to the airport by taxi. Hot and cold water dispensers very handy on each floor. 400 m to Ceres bus terminal. Wifi good.
