Two things that are the best about Ocean Bay: the absolutely breathtaking infinity pool and the 100% devoted Nhan (Guest relationship manager). Thanks to Nhan, we had a perfect 6-day stay with every single request large to small satisfied. No doubt Ocean Bay will become among the top paradise corners of Phu Quoc. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and I wish I had stayed longer. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing! There's a variety of food to choose from and it changed from day to day. The room was really spacious and I love the style and furnishings. The bathroom was just perfect, I really loved the bathtub. It was beachfront, so you could just lounge around all day. They even have the kayak free and available to all guests. It was a magical stay for me. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends.

Ocean Bay was a perfect 5 night stay for us. From start to finish the staff were amazing and the room was kept spotless throughout. I would like to thank Dominique and Nick particularly but a warm thank you to the team as a whole. We will be back in a month or two for 7 nights. Very potential to be one of the best resort in Phu Quoc for its fantastic view and natural features and beautiful clean beach as well as the design and settings … however there’s a horrible drawback : the terrible and pricey foods and the poor soundproofing between the downstairs and upstairs rooms

The location is quite far from Duong Dong central, but it would be the best choice for a small family, especially for kids. Beach clean with transparent water, you could see fishes, even small crabs swimming. Good Staff service, food and beverage are acceptable.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION but”
Remember this resort has just opened! The staff are almost ALL trainees. The girls in the dining room were excellent but otherwise ... we are foreigners so not being able to communicate in English is an issue. The rooms are nicely appointed BUT the outdoor shower/bathroom area is a haven for mosquitos The beach is perfect but the lounge chairs too, too heavy to move to the sand

FALSE ADVERTISING. SCAMMY. BAD ATTITUDE MANAGER”
Ocean Bay Resort Phu Quoc has potentials to be an amazing hotel but it’s a shame that it hired an unprofessional and unknowledgeable manager. Plus, it’s very far away from the center so it’s quite inconvenient to go anywhere. Its price is similar to nicer resorts such as Mango, Movenpick, or the Shell,... so I would rather pay other resorts and have a completely peaceful vacation with well-trained staff instead of haggling with an ill-mannered manager. One time is enough and I would never come back nor would I recommend it to anyone. I booked 2 OCEAN-VIEW Bungalows and 1 Villa and my experience at Ocean Bay Phu Quoc was a giant disappointment. First, my check-in process was a total hot mess. I booked The Villa with a description of 2 single beds AND 1 king bed. However, when i got there, the receptionist told me that i booked the villa with only 1 bed. I was confused so i logged in my booking and my booking clearly states that i have 2 single beds AND 1 king bed. I showed this to the receptionist and he said he will get someone to talk to me. Another guy came out and said this is their mistake and they will compensate me with “some benefits” and an extra bed in the room. I booked this villa for 3 adults and I wasn't willing to cram all of my family into one small bedroom. So, I demanded an explanation. This is when their center manager-Tony/Tuan showed. He got an extremely aggressive tone and horrible attitude . He told me there’s no such product as the villa with 2 single beds and 1 king bed. He even showed the booking slip which just states “ 1 kitchen villa” and i asked him “ okay but this slip didn’t show me how many beds will be in there. It just says 1 kitchen” but he was so sure that “1 kitchen” means “1 bedroom.” Eventually, my family got very tired after an hour of argument so we had to settle down for the extra bed solution. When we got to the villa, it actually had 2 rooms with 2 single beds and 1 king bed. Tony was so surprised and he himself didn’

Fantastic Traditionell Luxury Beach Resort ”
Ocean Bay Phú Quốc is what you would expect of a remote beach resort on a calm little island. Keep in mind that Phu Quốc has grown immensely during the last ten years in terms of large holiday villages and Disney style vacation settlements. So if you are looking for a place more intimate and set off, you’ll find it here on Ong Lang Beach. It’s mostly wooden bungalows and two storey buildings (most of them with sea view) with a very traditional interior but with all the amenities and little things you’d rather expect from a 5 star hotel. You’ll find a few restaurants with beautiful beach settings and views within the premises but there are not many nearby places once you are leaving the property (but you can rent a motorcycle for less than 10 dollars). Don’t come here if you can’t accept that a place with lots of trees, plants and the sea in front of you brings along the adaptive fauna. Yes, there are mosquitoes and the beautiful open plan of the bungalows (especially the bathrooms) enable them to enter easily. However, there are mosquito nets for a good nights sleep. The personnel is stunningly friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Trung, the manager tries very hard to fulfil every possible wish. It’s our third day here and I
