The service and food was excellent. The restaurant staff was great. We mainly eat at the Martha’s restaurant and the food was excellent. We were served at dinner time by Jovian Brown and she made the experience awesome and extra special.

Chef Lorenzo made me the best plate of dinner I’ve probably ever had. Wide selection for breakfast. The room and property was very clean, the housekeepers and grounds men did a great job. The view from the room was nice and the place is beautiful when it’s lots at nights!

Despite mishaps I would still recommend ”
The food was great eapecially in the restaurants the restaurant staff were very nice the receptionstaff were very nice, the beach was beautifulwith plenty of lounge chairs. The hammocks were very lovely. Dont get hungry between 12 pm and 6pm the only options with good food were grills that had extremely long lines. The room was beautiful but the bed was hard and we did not have washcloths for two days despite calling and requesting them multiple times. Room service was hit or miss, it was extremely difficult to get them in the phone the first two days of our stay. My son is 12 and very independent. He complained that the staff at the pool swim up bar ignored him several times and that when he asked for a specific virgin drink that is made with coke and strawberry slushi they used Pepsi ( I experienced this as well) we have stayed at several resorts in Jamaica and this one was nice and I would still recommend it but it was not the best one.

It was very good from check in except my friend did not have an ID on person so we had was to wait about 45 minutes to get a copy b4 we could go to the room Everywhere was clean and covid 19 protocals were followed I highly recommend here for your vacation

Resort and amenities are superb, but the food service is very poor. I believe it’s due to staging shortage. An hour after seating to get a meal is ridiculous, I actually was looking to buy food at that point.

Be sure to get your clothes ironed before you arrive because there are no clothes iron or steamer in the rooms. It took me three days to get someone in house keeping to iron a suit for me to go dinner. I missed out on taking some great photos because my clothes weren’t ironed

My experience was great. I must start by thanking Unique the entertainment coordinator who made our stay splendid. The food was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only wish that the bathroom issue sorts out with the hair and other debris coming up while the shower is on.

Worst stay in Jamaica!!”
Had the worst stay I've ever had in Jamaica at this hotel. Not sure where to start... Our room faced a stinky swamp full of mosquitoes, with stagnant water. Nice "garden view". The water out of our tap was brown and dirty, and front desk said it was safe to drink?!? We took videos to show how disgusting it is!! No running water all morning so I left to the airport without a shower, couldn't even flush the toilet. No pool towels at 9am??? They ran out? Awful customer service, if you can even call it that...so slow, wasted so much of our time!! The Japanese restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. Wait times for all restaurants even though they were all empty inside. Staff taking care of 10 things at once while working the buffet. We had mentioned it was our anniversary and the hotel did absolutely nothing for us. The service is the worst in all of Jamaica and I've stayed at almost every hotel in Jamaica. I will not return and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family how awful this hotel was. Disappointing to say the very least!! Also if you're not a premium member they make you feel as if you're a broke peasant. Get it together coral springs Jamaica!!!

This resort can be a four-star resort if the accommodations are up to par and staffing is adequate to accommodate the number of guests. This hotel has got to do a better job with cleaning the rooms providing enough staff to ensure that the amenities are up to par and monitoring be fire alarm that consistently goes off throughout the day and night.
