Amazing trip for my anniversary”
This trip was great from check-in which was smooth to checkout. My and the hubs spent 3 nights. We paid for privilege services but it wasn't required to have a great time. We were initially greeted by Marvin and Courtney who were a pleasure, they gave us a tour of the property and brought us up to our room and were available whenever we needed, only phone call or text message away. Room: Was beautiful, we go theh Junior suite, had a beautiful ocean view, jacuzzi for 2 onthe balcony with the amazing view. TV channels were good since we decided to spend a lot of time indoors, comfortable bed, turndown service every night. Rooms cleaned early and well. Towels and rags always available. Food: So the variety was limited in my opinion which I think may be due to Covid but the food was great, well seasoned and well cooked. They had a wide variety of restaurants - We prefer buffets generally so only tried one restaurant the Steak house which was 10/10 -the ambiance, the food, the service everything Activities -ver impressed by all the offerings, there was something to do everywhere and at all times and an activity for everyone -bowling,sports bar with pool, foosball, table tennis, games. A theater for entertainment a disco for parties Entertainment- they definitely tried to get everyone involved and interested which helped the experience Grounds- beautiful hotel, lots of great photo moments Staff- super friendly not pushy Cons- got stuck in my room on the last day, but they acted swiftly and changed the lock Also room service can take a little while depending on staffing Overall, excellent hotel, great potential, awesome trip. I would definitely go back

We booked on the same day and the hotel was able to accommodate us. Only issue was our fridge wasn’t stocked and we had to call about 5 times before they sent someone to stock. The bowling alley and the myriad of restaurants were great. Food was always good and the hotel really pays keen attention to cleanliness of the eating areas and pool. The rooms are beautiful if you are a lover of soft white sandy beaches it’s not the hotel for you because beach is dumped up and the sea has rocks. The property is beautiful.

A group of girlfriends. We stayed in a privilege ocean front room. Although The ocean front rooms only have king-size beds, we still enjoyed this room. It was a beautiful view. Our butler (Tess) was well worth the upgrade. She took care of our every need.

I absolutely enjoyed my time there. The staff, amenities, location and THE FOOD was the best food experience I've had since going to hotels. The only bummer was that room service was only free between 11am-6pm, but the buffet is open until 10pm. My overall experience was a 9/10.
