Okay but there is room for improvement ”

Dwight at reception is awesome! Room has AC issues so they changed it for us. Maintenance guy Mike is unprofessional and lacks decency! He insisted on checking our room on our last day and while my child was still in bed and entered our room without permission. Completely unacceptable!

The location is good. Some staff was extremely rude while others were very nice. Cleaniness was horrid. Not worth the price paid. It seemed more like housing motel, not for yravelers or vacationers. It caters to locals looking for place to stay. Pool was disgusting. Beds linens were dirty bought my own. Floor unsweep or mop. Wifi did not work. Multiple issues trying just get basic TV stations. Very disappointed. The place has so much potential. Very sad to see how it is not kept well. To the owner I would love to buy it if you longer care to maintain it. Or if you need manager to run ot right. I am interested in purchasing or partnering. To travelers you get less then you pay for here. Sorry. Yet it was a typical stay at low budget motel basically.

Worst hotel ever!!!!!”

Unbelievably bad!!! This is by the worst hotel i have ever stayed at!! The rooms are disgusting and there is bed bugs and roaches in 3 rooms that i stayed in! When i came to the front desk, Ray and the old man with grey hair got mad that i told them that the rooms had bugs in them, cancelled my reservation and then threaten to call the cops on me they said if i dont leave the property! Unbelievable hospitality! I asked for the manager or owners email and they told me that they cant give it out! I video tapped the incodent because it was so bad and i will be uploading it to youtube as soon as i get back! Never been treated like that in my life! If you want to be treated like garbage and eaten alive by bed bugs, stat here or just put up the extra cash and stay somewhere that is an actual hotel and not a dump! Looks amazing on the outside but i quickly found out what everyone is complaining about in the reviews. You get what you pay for i guess. In this case you couldnt pay me to ever go

Clean but not spectacular! I did have some roaches so was hard for me to sleep without thinking about them crawling around but quiet and decent on beach decent pool great staff.

This place is a cesspool and I’m still trying to get my money back per the policy posted at the front desk. That’s how bad it is. That if you tell them within 15 minutes that it is inhabitable they release you from the reservation.
