Don’t fret if you don’t get the seaview room. Just head down to the promenade opposite the hotel to admire one of the best view that Jeju can offer. Room was cosy and clean. Location is great and many places are all within walking distance.

Stayed here from 2-6 July, made 2 separate bookings as room was full. Hotel staff upgraded our room to family twin (more space, and 1 unexpected room), and let us stayed in the same room throughout. Requested for items like ice, towel, body wash throughout the trip and response was quick. Toilet was clean and housekeeping was good. No mountain or sea view but we had no qualms since we are not in the room most of the time. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent hotel at a very convenient location. I only stayed one night but the room I stayed in was very clean and the main mezzanine restaurant has a wonderful view of the ocean, quality food at an affordable price and wonderful service. Highly recommended.

Good location. Very near to the airport and it is a walkable distance to black pork street and dongmun traditional market. Breakfast was good as well. There is complimentary parking at the hotel basement. When we entered the room, we were looking for the AC controller but couldn't find. Called the staff and they quickly attended.

Water view”
Nice to look out the window onto the sea! There are lots of seafood restaurants along the water just one block away down the boardwalk (great for strollers, walkers, and runners alike), and the famous black pig restaurants are about 10 minutes away by foot. It's close to the airport and a great jumping off place for beaches and sites anywhere on the island.

I had a beautiful ocean view when I stayed at the Oceab Suites Jeju. It is walking distance to the fish market and public transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The hotel looks new, could have been recently renovated. the room is clean but the bathroom is small. staff are helpful. the hotel is near many restaurants, supermarkets. There is a cafe/confectionery on the ground floor that serves good coffee and pastries. Also a convenient store on the ground floor. The hotel is also within waling distance from the Dongmun market and the Jeju black pork street.

Family room was very good size for 3 adults & 1 kid & 3 big luggages. The tatami was a bit soft for my son but rest all good. Can walk to nearby shopping street, black pork street & dongmun market

We were staying at Ocean Suites during the typhoon. The reception staff were helpful and accommodative to extend one extra night for us in a family room. The counter staff were also patient and responsive in answering our queries regarding the situation on the typhoon. Kudos to the staff! On the first night, our family of 5 stayed in two separate ocean view rooms. No regrets - the views were fantastic from the rooms. We shifted to a mountain view family room on the second day. Although the aircon unit was not performing up to standard, they were quick to send their technician to service the aircon. I am also impressed by the way they handle the crisis situation. They parked two of their hotel vans in front of the front entrance to block the wind. The bakery downstairs serve delicious bread and pastries. Next to it is the convenience store which we shop at when we couldn't go elsewhere.

Location is good, very near to Dongmun market and the main shopping street and hotel has ample parking space with free parking. Hotel design is abit dated since it is a very old established hotel. Some staff has limited English but can use google translate to communicate.
