Pros: Quiet resort Multiple pools Great marina views Extremely friendly housekeeping staff Spotless bathroom Beautiful blue and white decor Cons: Some buildings face oil tank reserve for Keys (so ask for good view) Shuttle to Key West only runs from 9:00 AM - 9:35 PM.

Beautiful, boutique hotel”
Pros: very new, clean, and beautifully decorated. Cons: A little far from downtown Key West. There is a shuttle, but be sure to reserve well in advance as it was already booked to capacity for all the times we needed.

Relaxing Stay”
Very clean and smart property with lovely heated pools on the edge of the marina. The location is a little strange as you have to travel through quite a rough area to get to it, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to get to the town which is 6 miles away. The bar and restaurant is very expensive. At a mouth watering $8 for a beer, it is not value for money, and also be prepared for all the taxes the hotel charge you when you check out. The price you pay on Agoda is strictly room only. The biggest frustration was the groundsmen mowing the lawns at 6 am right outside our room. We were only there for one night, and overall it was nice, but I personally wouldn't go back, and would rather stay in a guest house in town.

This Hotel is very nice and clean but the down side is that they have hidden fees that they don't tell you until after you check out. Also the drinks/food is way over priced. Another thing that got to us is that on the website I book it through it clearly states FREE private parking but after I checked out I had to pay $20. All in all I paid an extra $85 in hidden fees that wasn't presented to me until I checked out. On a side note, the employee (Patrick) that help check us in was amazing and absolute the best. Very nice and even bought us free breakfast. If you're seeing this Patrick, thank you very much for your kind hospitality! From Matt & Mayte

was not told about $20/day parking fee. resort is great and complimentary activities are awesome for kids. did have tiny ants in the room (it is Florida after all), but they took care of right away. Overall, great experience and would stay here again!

Was not advised of parking fee or resort fees. Also had ants in bedroom and bugs in shower. The AC is preset and they will not allow you to turn down. Key West is very humid and total discomfort and could not sleep. Staff was not welcoming

I thought I was getting a oceans view room, even paid extra for it but it was a pool view. The photos and information on the website is misleading. When I complained to the staff after check in they were very rude. Also at the front desk I saw atleast 4 guests complain about some service or the other. I would not go there again.

No customer service, extremely dirty rooms, neighbor had bed bugs on his pull out couch”
Staff was rude and dismissive, shuttle was never available and the room was so dirty. Carpets made my feet black with dirt from walking around barefoot after a shower, robes and duvet were stained, dust on the furniture so thick you could see it from afar and when the fire alarm went off in the morning the housekeeping staff stood outside and laughed at us. The hotel is new and beautiful but not taken care of and the staff is so uncaring and inattentive it doesn’t surprise me. This is far from a four star, not worth the room rate let alone the ridiculous resort fee and is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The Super 8 I was in the night before was cleaner, had better, more helpful staff and was more pleasant than this place.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir haben Meerblick, abseits der Marina. Man ist allerdings von den Hauptattraktionen etwas entfernt. Es gibt aber einen kostenlose. Shuttle. Auch war es kein Problem, kostenlos zu parken.

Niet zo top”
Resort zag er op eerste gezicht er goed uit. Faciliteiten genoeg totdat we kakkerlakken in onze kamer zagen en bij de zwembad leguanen waren die op de zwemstoelen kwamen. Kinderen daardoor bang en dus eigenlijk helemaal niet meer zo een top vakantie hebben gehad.
