Great place for an R & R”
Stayed here with my family. Enjoyed their onsen and spa with infinity pool. Great value for the buck. Room are nice and very clean. Definitely going back for the 3rd time.

Nice Stay”
The pool facility is very good! You can enjoy a chill time at there! The room is a bit small but everything are clean and sufficient. Location is a bit inconvenient with not much choices of restaurants, no matter inside the hotel or nearby the hotel.

It's a resort, not just a hotel ”
HUGE building complex with 2 wings. Lots of outdoor swimming pools and sea-view lawn is meticulously manicured. Onsen is also sea-facing. The gigantic carpark was nearly full despite COVID hurting tourism. 90% of guests are Japanese locals. Downside: the rooms themselves seem a little dated.

A Family Poolside Resort”
Pros: Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Hotel’s restaurants that we tried ( Chinese and modern Japanese/ continental) had very good food, but only buffet style. Cons: Outdoor pools are open only from 9-16:30, so we never got a chance to try them, as we were also interested in exploring the surrounding area of Kamakura. No public transportation, so a car is a must. No ocean beach at the hotel, just the pools. Attractive for the families vacationing with little children, but not for the tourists from Europe or America.

Did not meet expectations for the price”
Buffet breakfast really amazing! Great facilities for kids & really beautiful location. Some staff were very helpful. Other facilities were not as I would have expected. Please be warned if you are going somewhere special hotel does not have iron or ironing board. A staff member kindly bought in own iron and ironing board from home so I could iron my clothes for occasion I was attending. Food and wine list were limited and quite overpriced for quality. Service at restaurant was poor & slow. Limited description of meals on menu. Staff had limited English at restaurant & could not give details of meals. I had chicken breast, was dry with only teaspoon of vegetables, water not properly drained. Windows in room were dirty and air con did not working. When asked if someone could look at air con I was advised to open the window. No blankets in room; was advised they do not have enough blankets for all guests. Breakfast and view were real highlights.

Small rooms. Bad insulation. Can hear the water works in the hotel...small and uncomfortable beds...over rated and priced! Wouldn't recommend it

Pleasant spa and good dinner buffet”
It's not cheap for a family to stay here, but relatively speaking it is quite good value. The spa is a great way to relax, and there is bowling for teenagers who might not want to go to the spa as much as their adult parents do. The buffet was very good. We will probably go again next year.

Déçus ! ”
Grosse déception. Attendre sa chambre jusqu’a 15h et se retrouver sur un transat parasol à plus de 100€ au dessus de baraque qui sentait le gras fut une énorme déception. Nous pensions qu’il y avait une plage ! Seule bonheur : le spa et la piscine. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

1泊11.000円程だったのに最上階のお部屋でセキュリティも強くて安心しました。フロントの小林さんという男性の方が私たちが初めてだったのにも関わらず親切に説明してくださいました。眺めもすごく綺麗でスパもすべて大満足でした。将来ホテル志望なのでこのような素敵な場所で働きたいと思いました！また宿泊させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

主人の50歳誕生日の記念に利用しました。 想像以上にプールやジャグジー、サウナが素晴らしく、身体と心癒されました。人はたくさんいても、のんびりできる空間がたくさん用意されていて、不思議と混んでる印象がなかったのも良かったです。

海の見えるお部屋に泊まりました。お部屋はトイレやお風呂は少し年季を感じましたが清潔にされていました。部屋は広くて窓も大きく海がよく見えてとても良かったです。朝は海からのぼる太陽が見えて感動しました。 大浴場とスパも良かったです。スパのお湯はもう少し温かくしてもらえるともっと良いと思いました。大満足です。
