It's a good spot to get around the north of Okinawa. Near the Aquarian and Sesoko island. You can do all water sports there with white sand beach. Guest house's owner is a nice guy! Even he can't speak english, but he with his whole patient to understand you. It's a clean and quiet place if you are looking for. I'm sure you'll sleep like baby. :)

close to ocean expo park”
the way to the guesthouse is a bit complicated, but you might be pick up if you call from the place near by. there are some local restaurants in the walking distance and you can have the cuisine of okinawa. you can also cook by yourself at the guesthouse. grocery shopping is hard to do if you don't have a car but you might be able to ask for a ride to the manager. it would be more comfortable if the bathroom and kitchen were more clean. there are no dried floor in the bathroom, it makes changing clothes hard. this always happens at areas which has "shower only" culture, though. manager's friends come visit the guesthouse almost everyday, it makes cheerful atmosphere. most of them know how to behave at such a place and thoughtful to the guests. unfortunately a few showed an attitude as if she were in her friends' house. if she wants to talk to the manager personally she should do it outside of the guesthouse. of course the manager himself should be more careful about it.

within walk distance from the ocean park”
located in the country side, oposite the ocean expo park, it was very pleasant to take a walk in the morning in the peaceful country side and have breakfirst in ocean park aquarium sea view restaurant. the location also make it possible to take a lazy walk in the sunseck at the seaside of ocean expo park. the hostel has a very easy and happy automosphere, during my stay there 6 high school student there for their school trip, everyone cook together and eat together. the boss is quite nice taking care of everyone who stay there. and i met 2 stuffs that work in the aquarium visiting the hostel, they are friends of the boss of the hostel, they come to practice SANSHI and drink sake with us(students are not allowed to drink) and there are 2 hammocks on the roof terrace, super nice to lay on the hammock seaing the fantastic star sky in the quiet night.

the guest house is located at the middle of hill. i had much difficulty to search it after sunset at dark. i was very hungry but nothing, not even instant noodle, to serve for dinner even i pay. if you want fill a glass of drinking water from a fountain, you are supposed to pay for it. well, maybe the price is so cheap that i've got what i deserved.

ゲストハウスから水族館までは、徒歩で約20分です。 オーナーのニクさんは、丁寧に説明をしてくれました。いい意味で距離感が近く、なにかあった際には、すぐに相談できる人です。 また近くを訪れたら、ぜひ利用したいです。

星がものすごくきれいに見えるゲストハウス”
美ら海水族館の近くにありながら街灯がほとんどない入り組んだところにあるゲストハウス（誉め言葉）。 周りに建物がないので宿泊客以外の騒がしさが一切ないところ。 屋上に登れば満点の星空を見ることができる最高のロケーション。 屋上で星を見ながらオーナーと話していた時にコウモリがすぐ近くに現れ、本州では見れないサイズで驚きと感動があった。 ドミトリータイプなのでセキュリティや騒音が気になる方にはおすすめできないが価格以上の価値が大きくあると思う。 デメリットを挙げるとするとキッチンが汚いという点と駐車場が狭いという点。 しかしそれ以上にオーナーの気さくさ、ロケーション、星の素晴らしさと値段以上の価値は確実にあるので、沖縄の自然を感じたい方は宿泊することをおススメします。
