Room condition: I chose this hotel mainly for the kariyushi beach, and ended up being more than satisfied with our room🥰 It was very spacious, with two beds and a japanese style dadami place for tea time next to the beds, and then the balcony! The bathroom was also quite big with a bathtub and a shower booth, and the toilet was in a separate room! We barely left our room because it was so nice😌 Staff/service: The staff were honestly all so kind and always willing to help. This made our stay at the hotel even more satisfying! Location: The hotel is located in Onna, the middle part of the island by the west, which is known for their beaches and nice resorts. Unfortunately because of the super windy weather we were unable to enjoy Kariyushi beach as much so we’ll definitely come back at a warmer time of the year! There are a couple of restaurants nearby the hotel within 10minute walking distance but if you want to get anywhere further you need to have a car because taking the bus or train(?) isnt that easy if it’s not the Naha area!

Best Size Room”
Room was really nice. The Bathroom with Bathtub was the best and separate Shower. Toilet was out and away from bath area. Automatic Toilet, Did make a lot of noise. Beds were good. A/C made noise, but was nice a smooth Nice smell to room. Did not like the stock refrigerator, but that was us. but nice stock. Nice view, Like the deep pool for adults' along with the Jacuzzi . This was the EXES side of the Hotel, more for adults. Buffet was good. Plenty of milk for western people. Overall very nice, *maybe more cleaning of windows in reception area and other areas

Really nice place to stay”
We booked a room for one night but could have easily stayed a month. The service was top notch and the room was very spacious with a great view. The hotel is located close to the beach and Nago for shopping. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had in Japan. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone.

My husband and I got a last minute deal here to have a two-day staycation. If this was under normal ( no COVID or state of emergency type situation) circumstances we would not have afforded this place. The room we scored was easily a $600 or $700 a night room we got for $188 a night (thank you agoda!!) anyway- this hotel has it all: luxurious accommodations, SPACIOUS rooms, amazing views, AMAZING FOOD, access to SO many other amenities and pools and private beach and marine activities… the list goes on! I wish we had an entire week here! There’s so much to do! Our favorite was the luxurious infinity pool overlooking the ocean. We lounged there all afternoon enjoying the tranquility! We will come back here!

There are a LOT of kids at this resort, even in the off-season. If you’re into spending time around noisy kids, this place is for you. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean. However, they’re a bit timeworn and shabby. This was not the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.
