Great location, excellent service”
We arrived too early to check in but the staffs let us keep our luggages at the lobby. On the check out date we also asked them to keep our luggages for 6 hours after checking out. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is tidy and clean. Buffet is also nice with Japanese meal. The hotel is located near Tsukuba bus station, and Lawson, very convenience to go any where. Love this place.

Elegant, convenient one for business trip!”
Located nearby the international conference centre and the station. The complex station has buses to airports, Tokyo, Mt. Tsukuba, etc. Subway is also convince to Tokyo. And there's a big mall full of restaurants and stores, Loft, a convince store nearby the hotel. When u on a business trip, stay at this hotel is a nice choice. Recommend take a half day trip to Mt.Tsukuba. As hotel itself, the room is classical for business trip, the breakfast is perfect Japan style, the swimming pool is nice. And we also enjoy eating Kaiseki cuisine at their Japan restaurant. Of course, the service was so nice.

Next to the train station and a mall so having restaurants to have meal though not much choices. Anyway, it is Tsukuba. The direct bus from Narita is also convenient. Good if you need to stay in Tsukuba on work trip.

There is a Tsukuba express exit just 2 Min away from the Hotel take the A3 or A4 exit. The rooms are quite big compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Rooms are quite, and staff were very friendly. Hotel second floor connects to Tsukuba local shopping area, convenient store just out the door, don't need to worry about eating out or shopping. You can get most of your stuff at the shopping center. If you here for conference, just 10 Min walk to Tsukuba Conference center. Overall, good place for stay

I love to visit Tsukuba place, cuz it's calm city but clean and warm place for me. Pretty much you can find anything you need there, and this place I feel pretty much wide and calm. Shopping center is just located beside the hotel, and you can't miss many restaurants and izakayas as well. For relexing, I frequently visit this place and it's sweetness is different from Tokyo's fun.

Stayed here for a night. Good base for Tsukuba as it is very close to the train & bus station. Friendly and efficient staff. The only downside was that the wifi connection was poor in the room.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions while visiting Tsukuba. Okura frontier is consistently good quality, reasonable value for Japan and in relation to its equivalent hotels in the town. Close to plenty of good places to eat, malls, transport hub etc. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Have stayed at Okura Frontier regularly, it is comfortable and consistently good standard, with rooms comparable in value to other similar types of hotel in the area. It is very well located next to public transport links to the university, Tokyo and Narita airport, plus malls and restaurants.

Compared to other business hotels, this place had abit larger and clean bath tub/room. Bath additive was great after a hard day's work. I'd use this hotel next time aswell.

The staff was kind, and helped explain things. The room was large (as compared to Tokyo standards), clean, comfortable, quiet. We ate at an neighboring izekaya that we walked to.

Hotel is close to all transport requirements and rooms are reasonably spacious with good facilities. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and handy for malls etc too.

Roomy and indoor swimming pool”
Very roomy and the indoor swimming pool was a huge plus. Staffs were very nice and allowed me to check out later than 11am stated. Facility overall needs updates probably.
