Hotel is new, and ŕooms are large and very clean.

Olive town center and hotel is in a great location.It’s within walking distance to a mall, church,bus terminal and the main artery of the city.
We enjoy our stay, spacious room, nice view at the terrace communicating to the staff is so easy and walking distance along everything.
Clean and spacious rooms as well.

They didn't pick up my calls either landline or mobile. Fb messenger is always automated. Although check in and out were smoothly done. Room was nice and neat. No slippers though or maybe they can add some wardrobes since they have a cold weather for after bathing. Need a coffee maker insider room. Electric kettle would do with some coffee, sugar and tea. Optional small fridge and dental kit can be basic. Thank you and looking forward to future improvements. Guards at the lobby were courteous and helpful. Don't forget to pass by the chocolate store by the entrance.

I was not expecting much at first because of the promo. But exceeded my expectations. Hotel is new, and ŕooms are large and very clean. Great location to if you want to be in the city center. Parking is a bit of a challenge thou. Will book here again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our 2 nights here. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was tidy and has fragrant smell. I hope soon enough they could also add more facilities in this hotel so it can grow bigger and bigger. We’re delighted. Hope to stay here again soon.

Recommended place here in City Of Baguio”
This place is very ideal for family with children. Room is spacious and clean, beddings are nice and clean too including its bathroom. Walking distance to Session Rd. Ground has nailandia whic is also a plus as me & my daughter got too pamper during afternoon laidback hours. Staff are all friendly! Will def. Be back here soon as we return for our nxt Baguio trip.

All good but no toothbrush provided, that's a first for a hotel for me. And no slippers too. Would love to have free breakfast too but I guess that could be requested, just didn't know how? I love the layout of the room! Not too small. Worth the price. And clean too!

The rooms are very clean with good layout of outlets, beds, tables and cabinets. There's a grcoery store, coffee shops and other stores nearby. The internet is very fast! Customer service is excellent. The location is great too.

Many things could have been said unfortunately all will be forgoten because of one policy that left a bad taste in the mouth and became the most remembered incident of the whole stay. The penalty even for the small stain. It only made the hotel just another money grabing hotel not a guest friendly one.
