Great value basic room”
Was at the Troubador round the corner and needed a place to stay overnight at short notice and this place delivered. The staff were very accommodating for us. The room is basic - but if it’s just a bed and a shower you’re after it’ll do nicely - in fact the bathroom area was surprisingly nicely done. Location is spot on - there’s even the Tesco 24 hour round the corner for snacks, supplies or a cheeky wine or beer. Definately not a boutique or romantic hotel but for basic needs this place fits the bill perfectly - just watch out for parking tickets if you park nearby!

Excellent”
The furniture and decor was a bit tired and dated, but it was very clean and in a quiet garden square. Great value for money and ideally located for the tube. Polite and courteous staff. I had a very good night's sleep, and the shower was spacious and I was impressed at the inclusion of a hairdryer. Towels, toiletries, and refreshment facilities also provided. Free wifi. I would definitely book here again.

Nice”
It’s ok, there is a underground station so close, you can leave the bags there if your room is not ready or the next day if you what to visit some places after leaving. Maybe I think is a little bit expensive for what it is but in general it’s ok.

Very good”
I'd say that we were pretty apprehensive upon reading several reviews about the hotel, but our stay was actually quite pleasant. It's a basic budget room with a double bed for a family of 3 (a couple with a baby) with an attached bathroom which looked new. It has a hot water working, the Wifi is great, and the location is very near Earl's Court underground (District and Piccadily lines) which is also a plus. It's within a walking distance to place to buy goods such as Tesco and Sainsbury, lots of eating places. We thought we'd get a room with an air-conditioner since it's summer, but most of the days we were there were not the warmest, so it's fine. There's no elevator so be prepared for that, staff was quite helpful in assisting to have our luggages brought up to our room on 1st floor. All in all, the price was why we had picked this hotel, and we weren't disappointed. We wouldn't mind staying here again in the future.

Excellent location mediocre accomodation”
Plus. Underground station, many eating and food shopping option are in the neighbourhood. Beds are narrow but comfortable. 24 hours reception. Minus. The bathroom has bad smell (fustiness). Pillows are small. Summary. For 2-3 day is good option, price/value ratio is very good in London.

You get what you pay for”
On first entering hotel we were told that we couldn't book in til 3pm although on this website it says from 2pm onwards. So had to leave and come back. We came back and the male receptionist didn't pay us any attention until we asked for our key. Our room was on ground floor near front of hotel on main road so was pretty noisy. Room was small but bed was big. Pillows were very flat and under the pillowcase they were stained. Room could have done with a more thorough hoovering. It had bed chest of drawers and wardrobe. They supplied towels which were luckily clean. Shower main light didn't work, it looked like the plastic around the light had melted and was bulging. There was a light above the mirror. The mirror was cracked. Shower wasn't a power shower and felt like u hadn't had a shower. Whole place needs an update. Location for London was good as tube was around the corner and was easily accessible. As title says you get what you pay for. This hotel was very cheap compared to others.

The staff were kind and the bed was clean . Also ofc great location. Otherwise very dirty carpet and curtains and bad smell all throughout hotel. Check - in process was also disorganized and my room lacked basic supplies such as toiletries which were later provided upon request . Wouldn’t recommend due to overall dirtiness of my room and hotel and evident disorganization.

Basic and comfortable ”
Fortunately I was carrying my own light weight duvet ; the one provided was revolting and should have been thrown out and replaced many years ago. The shower was OK , the window sill grubby so I purchased cleaning wipes. They provide a hoover. The price £140/7 nights for a central location was good with many places to eat or buy food within walking distance. You can't expect luxury from a budget hotel. It was also reasonably quiet too due to the pandemic.

Great location”
Convenient location, only about 100 metres away from Earls Court stn (Warwick Rd exit). Eateries and shops within short distance. Basic facilities, Comfortable and clean bed. However the room is very small, but for that area in London and at that price, it’s worth it.
