Good Place to Relax”
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. PROS Wonderful green location - Close to the expressway but not too close Spacious Clean ->Spots on carpets need carpet cleaning and stairwells in the fire exits should also be cleaned. Wonderful dinner service Front desk staff were able to speak English - not fluent but good Very courteous and professional manager. Wonderful planned and laid out onsen -> it is a NERUBA, so it is not piping hot enabling the bather to relax. CONS When guests book a quiet room, try to ensure the guest does not sleep under a family room. We were on the 2nd floor and wretched children were running up and down in the room above us for several hours. The front desk called them, and they stopped for about 10 minutes or so. We also banged, and they stopped again for a short while. The hotel is in no way accountable for the poor parenting skills of this family. However, please try to keep 'need peace and quiet' guests well away from noisy children.

Superb services and wonderful stay!!”
My wife and I stayed in from 12-14 Oct and we were given a nice big japanese style room. We were unable to get the non-smoking room so they tried their best to clean the room. Very appreciative of that and the room was really clean and there was indeed no cigarette smell at all! The place didnt feel touristy at all. The hotel have 6 huge onsen pools, very well maintained and enjoyable! I also realized that I left my Gudetama soft toy in another hotel before this (which is 1-2hr ride away) and tried my luck by asking the counter staff to check with the last hotel staff to courier it over. Luckily we have a eng-jap app where I can communicate our request. Although she was equipped with little understanding of English, she shows extreme empathy and tried her best to get it couriered over just in time before we left japan! I was impressed by the efficiency and readiness to help! Kudos to the hotel staff 鹤田, we had a very pleasant stay and will be back if we ever visit saga again!

Oncri Stay”
The room, meals and service were excellent! We were a little disappointed that there was no “private “ kashikiri, hot spring bath available. It is stated on their website that there are 15 types of hot springs including 3 private ones. I booked it as a surprise for my family and found out upon arrival that they do not offer kashikiri hot springs. We still enjoyed ourselves, but will stay elsewhere next onsen break away.

2019 birthday trip to Japan ”
3rd night staying here, a very very beautiful hotel in Ureshino, I think, is also the best in Ureshino. The facilities are awesome! Dinner and breakfast were good! Sand bath is something you should try out!

The dinner was 8 courses with Saga produced ingredients. Breakfast has big variations and the view is fantastic. The kids rooms is filled with ikea products. My kids loved it though.

Baby friendly yet chic!”
Very baby friendly. Baby bed rental in their italian restaurant, which serves nice italian course meal using local ingredents. There is an option of japanese restaurant as well. Onsen here is lower temperature and allows small children to enter. There is kids play space. There is Baby bottles sterlizing service if you ask at the front desk.

BAD Hotel, specially the STAFF!!”
I booked a room from agoda,then I ask for room capacity, any extra charges for additional headcounts..etc..,instead of giving me a solution or feedback, they dont even reply. and on the day of check out,they just give me another receipt of almost 30k Yen for the extra head count. Highly NOT recommend this hotel.

This hotel allow Yakusa to use onsen with you. It's OK for me but when you use onsen with Yakusa. 4 of them use sauna hot spring bath like it's belong of them. When you come in sauna. Thier 8 eyes point to you but anyway I still sit along with them.
