Staying for new year at family loft ”
Location very near boat docking Bay, walking distance to wide variety of restos. Hotel is clean though look a bit old fashioned and our loft bathroom need change in elevation for proper drainage flow. Staffs are most remarkable, helpful and very accommodating. Thanks to ms grace, kuya romel, kuya Daniel & ate cleaner. You guys gave more value for our money with the good relation we've had. Thanks so much. God bless and maintain the good work.

Clean and spacious room”
For the price we got between the 4 of us, this is probably money well spent. The room is so clean and spacious, separate shower and toilet is always a plus. The elevator was not working the day we were there, but there's a nice gentleman that help carries our luggages. I would definitely come back to this hotel if we ever have the chance to visit Coron in the future.

Excellent”
Reception people were so friendly. They helped me with everything (Booking ferries and tours). Rooms were super clean, bed was very comfy. Definitely coming again! Small feedback: Breakfast can be better. Can consider adding some cheese and fresh coffee.

I highly recommend this hotel. Location is definitely in the city center, very near to souvenir shops, restaurants and market. We are muslims and we are very particular with our food. We only eat fish and vegetables. I’m not sure if he is the owner or the hotel manager but definitely he was so accommodating with our requests for our breakfast. On our first breakfast buffet, he prepared fish just for us and we were even able to bring the rest of the dish with us for our lunch during our island hopping that day. The next day, we informed the hotel ahead that we will not avail their breakfast buffet since we were able to find a local halal restaurant nearby, however, after checking the food, my uncle did not like it there and just wanted to go back and eat breakfast in the hotel. It was already around 10 am and the hotel is only serving breakfast until 9am. Fortunately, that same guy is there and open-heartedly welcomed us, opened the dining area, and served breakfast just for us. I can’t thank enough One Averee Bay Hotel for their exemplary service and accommodation during our stay in Coron. We definitely had fun and awesome experience! More power to you sir, the rest of your staffs and the hotel. May Allah bless you more!

One Averee Bay Hotel is a good choice. It is located in the heart of Coron, walking distance to Mt Tapyas, Public Market, Restaurants, Lualhati Park, Souvenir Shops, and the Port where Island Tours begin. They serve sumptuous breakfast with different menu each day. There's a shuttle to and from the airport at Php 150.00/trip. For island hopping, look for JY Travel and Tours, look for Kuya Bernie, the energetic, funny, and awesome tour guide.

One Averee Hotel Bay is so accessible because it is located in town.. getting a ride is very easy just step out the door of the hotel... It is also near the Boat terminal where all the island tour started its just a minute away... Hotel staff are friendly especially Grace on reception area... Over all stay in this hotel is a great experience for a first timer like us... Stay in averee for 4 days... 😉😉😉

Good value for your money. Its a fairly new hotel and at a convenient location. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast selection is more for lunch food but you need the energy especially if you're going island hopping and will be swimming all day. The only problem is there is no elevator, hopefully they will be able to put that one up next year. Otherwise it was a memorable experience at One Averee Bay.

An oasis ”
Outstanding quality compared to anything else in Caron, we checked out 3 places before moving in here and I was so grateful we found this one. The hotel itself feels very new, or perhaps it has had an over haul. Either way it was lovely and clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, they charged our phones and provided any little extras we requested. The room itself was clean, nice white sheets, hot and powerful shower, soft bed, fluffy towels and a big flat screen tv with a good few English speaking and other language channels. the hotel bar food was good, the breakfast selection wasn't great but it was edible. Wifi available in the lobby and restaurant. All in all I would highly recomend the Averee.

Great Hotel ”
This was our first visit to Palawan and after reading previous reviews we decided to book. We had 2 rooms and although basic were very comfortable and clean, both were on the 2nd floor so the lack of an elevator was not an issue. Breakfast was preordered and was simple but adequate. The location was perfect in the middle of the town for restaurants and bars and close to the jetty for our daily boat trips to visit the beautiful islands which surround the area. The staff were all friendly and dealt with all of our requests . The only issue we had was some construction work going on next to the hotel started early and was a bit noisy. Overall this was a great place to stay and was value for money. We will certainly return !

Room was clean and comfortable, except for the refrigerator inside the room which smelled of mould - I asked the front desk to have this cleaned more than once, no one came to our room. But all is well - our stay at One Averee was great overall. Would just like to note that there are no elevators in the property. Please request to be placed in a lower floor as we were assigned to a room at the 4th floor and it was quite tiring specially at the end of the day when one is already exhausted from whole day tours. Restaurants and convenience stores are of walking distance. Will stay again.

Camped at Averee Bay for diving”
Stayed 6 nights in Averee Bay for dive vacation. Location made it an easy walk to the Rock Steady dive boats. Hotel is also in great location in Coron Town. Close to restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive. They arranged my last breakfast as a take out as my shuttle to the airport was before the usual 6 AM start for breakfast time. There is no daily make room service which has was OK with me. It means no one was messing with my stuff while I was diving the Coron wrecks. There is no elavator in the 4 story building. Also only WIFI in the lobby. It'seems best to get a room away from the street. This is the Philippines, so there are motorbikes and tricycles running almost 24 hours in any city. No place to dry your dive gear, but Rock Steady dive shop took care of that for me.

Quite exceptional”
This place is pretty good and convenient. The only downside is no wifi in personal room and the downstair lobby gets quite hot, humid in the day time. I had a great time staying there and the staff were quite friendly. Also I highly recommend that after doing the island and town tour, travelers should check out the shooting range tour that can be book through the hotel. It was arguably one of the best events that I've done so far on this trip. The staff and instructors were very knowledgeable and they were pretty cool in letting you shoot multiple different guns. Overall I'm quite satisfied with my stay at avaree bay hotel.

Good hotel, i had everything i needed”
Hotel on a good location, staff of front desk were very helpfull. Room was good in size, clean, no bugs. Only wardrobe was somewhat old... Size of bed was good, clean sheets and fresh pillows, good matress. TV was working and had enough channels, airconditioning was working very good and silent. Bathroom looked new and was very clean, shower had hot and cold water, toilet worked perfect. Hotel serves only breakfast, and that was ok for me. If i am going back to Coron I will stay there!
