Perfect holidays in Hurghada”

Accomodation was great with perfect location with sea view. Chalet is very near to city centre but in calm area with no noise of night life (great for kids). Public beaches are nerby with walking distance 50 - 250 m. Staff is very helpfull. They regulary check if everything is fine. If we need something they were always there for us. I highly reccomanded to stay there.

Dirty, we had to clean the bathroom to shower. There were not towels for everyone, just two little ones for 4 people. Plenty of rubbish by the entrance door, inside the house patio, they didn’t bother to take it out properly.

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with this booking. A very different experience compared with the other great places we stayed in during our trip in Egypt.
The location, the place isn't very clean, no WiFi at the chalet, they finally moved us to a small apartment, rather dirty (the bed was terrible, see picture, the sink was not cleaned when we arrived, broken glass on the carpet, etc). The wifi there was unstable and I had to cancel 2 work appointments. They were also initially asking for $200 deposit (although we already paid online a $175 deposit to booking), which was not mentioned at the time of the booking.
