Fantastic Location & Great Value For Money”
As a solo traveler I opted for a single room which cost me less than RM140 for a 2 night's stay. The hotel was located ideally at the far end of town near to the fishermen's boats which were anchored around the waters. From the hotel one can walk to the Central Market, the Mini Bus & Taxi Terminal, Day and Night Street Market, Duty Free Shops and the International Ferry Terminal. If one is fit, you an even walk to the Museum, the Financial Shopping Complex, Labuan Walk and the War Memorial (will take you nearly 30 minutes). Overall the hotel is clean and well maintained. And there is a fantastic sea food restaurant on the second floor. My single bed room number 215 was good however some things need to be fixed. The air conditioning was top class. It was cold. However the bathroom hot water was not working up to mark. Though the hot water was switched on, the water was not hot. It was moderately cold. And the water supply was low pressure. The window at the bathroom needs to be fixed. One of the window pane was missing. The toilet was functioning well and it was clean. However I saw a cockroach one night and it did give me the jitters. The window in the room too needs to be looked into. Maybe the curtain cloth can be changed. The bed was comfortable and the floor was clean. The TV was good with 2 channels - TV 3 and Astro Channel Cinemax. Overall it was an affordable value for money stay. Maybe the standard rooms for 2 persons could be better and well maintained. Another good thing of the hotel was that the check in was at the time I walked in and that was at 10.30 in the morning. I was given the keys to my room on the spot. nice view, where the superior room is facing the sea. but there are no lift. cheap but clean. Can request for kettle and iron for free. but the wifi signal is very weak. quite far from town, but we can still walk from the ferry terminal. Location nearer to UTC Labuan. Receptionist is very helpful.

Great location, walking distance to UTC and Terminal Feri Antarabangsa Labuan, and 5-min drive to Labuan International Airport. Great staffs too, all of them are very helpful.

Upgraded from single to double for lack of single room”
Room #109, 15m2, clean, old functional A/C, private bathroom with a water leak and no shower curtain, TV with small screen, water bottles offered and clean old looking damaged towels. Right next to the fishing harbor with a nice view on the sea and the boats, 5 minutes walk to the Main Market (most active from 7 to 9am). Good location in that sense with many small restaurants 5 to 10 minutes walk away. A good value for money.

Clean room, clean bathroom, clean bed. Easy walks to the ferry terminal, duty free shops and the mall in town. Could have provided basic facilities such as hair dryer and water boiler.

there is a lack of choice on the islabd and this being the cheapest option is the cheapest option for a reason. Although the bed was comfy the sheets were stained and the towel grotty. When I arrived there was only two sheets of toilet paper left. The staff were also not very friendly and we struggled to communicate in English. wifi 8/10 shower 7/10

The photo of the hotel and rooms online did not portray the true picture at all. Felt cheated that Agoda automatically charged my credit card without informing me prior. I would have moved to another hotel after the first night.

Rooms seriously need to be refurbished. The beds creak and the corridors are generally noisy due to the seafood restaurant next door. Quite a walk from town

Overestimate”
staffs were unfriendly whereby we requested for hair dryer which according to their T&C, hair dryer is available at the counter, but the staff just told us "NO, NO,NO". hotel condition is old and renovation needed. the bottom of the door to bathroom is broken and can see there's a huge gap to the floor. meanwhile the door lock of the room is broken too, it's feel unsafe. air-con in the room is also not working properly.

One Hotel Labuan”
It's cheap, and expectations were cheap as well, so was not disappointed. A little far away and kind of dark to walk to at night, but it is far enough from the entertainment establishments so it's quiet.
