Basic and low cost, but some issues”
The price was low and the location excellent. The furnisings and room are basic but comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. However, there were a few issues: * The staff member employed by the owner of the unit never met us at the property, but told us 'her friend' would be there to meet me. The 'friend' was not there; instead the door to the room was simply unlocked. We only found this out by testing the door, after being told the friend should be there to meet us but was not. * The shower drainhole is blocked. The water rapidly fills up in the shower and threatened to overflow into the bathroom. I had to truncate my shower to avoid flooding. * There was no drinking water provided for guests - even as a kickoff. *There was no guidance on where to take the rubbish/trash for disposal. * The internet was not strong enough to support my Zoom presentation I had to deliver from the room. The staff member did look into the internet issue for me and said this was just the nature of the internet device being used. Unfortunately I cannot therefore recommend the internet for live Zoom calls and video. All in all I had a pleasant stay, but by the end I was feeling like a longer shower and a larger space (i.e. feeling a bit claustrophobic). This room suits someone for a short stay who doesn't take long showers and doesn't mind a small confined narrow studio space.

Disappointing experience ”
My parents went and took them along time to get check in because it seems like the staff not aware of what is going on. Then they’re showing a pool in picture but in really, they are pretty strict if people coming in even if you are a guest. A lot of hassle just to look around where the swimming pool is. I say better stay in a real hotel and not this kind of place.

Good place to stay. near to SM. Good facilities. Only one thing is No amenities like shampoo, bath soap and disposable toothbrush/toothbrush which is important. Always clarify with property owner as what they advertise in website is different from actual. so I recommend to check details properly for a hassle free. Staff are helpful. I made a booking for my brother and our kids only. I want to be there next time to see it personally.

No to One Oasis”
No Gym!!! In their website there is, and even after confirming with the customer service, there is free parking, It’s SCAM, you will be surprised when you get there, there’s none and they will say you can not park in open/side street because your Car will be towed. Since I am using company car, I end up paying the expensive parking!!! Same rate with Park & Fly overnight rate! 🤬

The place is clean and big for the price. It is very near SM ecoland. Had a very nice time staying at this place. I wish cabinets were emptied for the use of the occupants, we ended up putting our things on the floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was very friendly & helpful. A great pool, a basketball court: to play futsal! Walking distance to SM Mall Davao. Easy to get a taxi. Close to many attractions. We will be back! Maraming salamat.

I have been to Davao 10 times. This is the worst property we stayed at. The shower had no hot water, the WiFi did not work after the first day. With cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom.

The unit was not ready to be rented, has so many stuff that are not suppose to be in the unit (like extra cabinet that was placed behind the door as a result, you cannot open the entrance door fully, cabinet were cluttered with so much stuff. No contact number therefore no communication if you have any questions prior to your arrival Rules and regulations and requirements should be emailed to renter before arriving. Also they come every I would not recommend this place.

This is not the type of review that we like to see, and I assure you that I will be looking into each point that you have made. We have left our contact number in the house rules that you have signed including the wifi passwords. Perhaps you overlook it. As stated in the house rules, we need to come and clean our place every 3-4 days then change the beddings and towels for you without any charge. You should inform our caretaker if you don't like to replace it or clean the place. You complain about the 1000 pesos refundable deposit, this is to safeguard our property for any damages. But we have returned it after you check-out. To our dismay, you left our property very missy. You also bring with you our room slippers. It's not a souvenir item for you to take. 初めての酷い体験”
アゴダから予約完成メールを受けてから、連絡先（携帯）の処に数日前から電話をしました。１０回以上掛けても反応なし。予約当日午後一時半頃タクシーで到着しました。入口のガードマンが何号棟の部屋番号は、と言うので予約はあるが分からないと言ったら入れないと断られた。ショートメール、を送信してタクシーでの迷走が始まった。メモ帳を見ながら、他の宿泊施設を探した。３０分近くすると、メールが入り予約がやっと確認された。すぐに戻ってチェックインできたが、驚きはまだまだあった。部屋に辿り着くと、中には若い管理人がいたが驚いたことに彼は今しがたまでベットに横たわり休んでいたような状態の黄色いベットシーツが目に入った。極端に狭いシャワールームの布製マットはびしょぬれ、ごみ箱には使い捨てた紙くずが一杯、排水口には髪の毛がびっしり、電気シャワーの水量はチョロチョロ、台所には各種使いかけの液体各種、ベットの下はゴミだらけ。この若者は一時間も離れたところに住んでいるそうだ。ここで、体調が崩れ始めた。 良かった点は隣にモールがありそこで気分転換ができたこと。
