Difficult to locate, but very warm and nice staff and owner. ”
It was a last minute booking for us. We truly had a very difficult time locating the place because there was no signage indicating the guest house. I was truly thankful for the Agoda Call center staff who assisted me as he remained in contact until we were able to locate the guest house. I truly commend his dedication and kind assistance. As to the guesthouse, it was clean. Owner and staff were truly nice and very considerate. Would just like to recommend though that a bolt or lock should be added on the main door of the room as well as on the connecting bathroom door. Somebody from the connecting room can enter our room through the bathroom because there was no bolt inside our room.

Paid in full to stay here only to wander around Dumaguete for an hour asking every local on the street where this place was and nobody had ever heard of it. Will be demanding a refund. This is a scam don’t book here!

At first I thought the place was far from downtown but I realized it wasn't as I stayed one more day. The room is big and clean. The owner was amazing!! She's a good cook and she really made me feel at home :) She cooked chinese food for her friends who are coming over and I was lucky to get invited. The food was amazing!!! If you're staying longer, you can ask her to teach you how to cook chinese dishes. That's what she promised me when I return. :p Overall, I had a wonderful time! I'll book with them again :)

本来想问老板给现金不用付税不用给平台付费会不会便宜，老板说付现金500p，比Agoda折下来还贵50p，有厨房但是使用还要钱。推荐的租车行贼黑，不靠谱

优点：老板娘是中国人，人很不错，在当地华人中也小有知名度。会给我们提供出行建议和参考。属于家庭旅馆性质，需要的东西可以跟菲佣说，她也会热情帮忙准备好，基本是有求必应了。 缺点：位置相对偏，如果报淘宝一日游的团正好在免费接送的边界线上。门口没有标识牌，只能跟司机说"蓝色大门那边"。门铃好像坏了，进出得靠敲门和狗叫。
