Tried to make us pay double ”
When we came to check in, the on duty staff told us that we had to pay extra for the second guest. He claimed that the price shown on Agoda is only for one person. That was very very very shady and unprofessional, more over he didn't speak English at all but thankfully we had a Japanese friend with us who insisted to come for the check in after seeing that the hotel doesn't even have a name board on the building. A phone call to Agoda cleared it up pretty well (too bad we forgot the name of the Agoda costumer service who attended to us. He worked really fast.) The extra ordinary thing was that even as he was asking us to pay extra, the hotel staff was really really polite. Actually all the staff we met there was really polite and friendly. Our room was a big and spacious tatami room with a TV and two sets of aircon to accommodate the space. The hotel is also very quiet even though there were absolutely other guests around us.

Room was very large. Futons on floor. Well heated in cold winter. Were given couple of discount vouchers for bar downstairs. Helped me with bus details even though we didn't speak much of each others' language. Price very good. Would have no issue with staying here again.

Staff here speak little English, but will try their utmost to help you. They are also very warm and friendly. Room and the shared bathroom are top notch in cleanliness. Had a very enjoyable 2days stay here.

Spacious tatami room”
it already felt like I stayed in a ryokan while I stayed here. It has a sento (public bath) and the room's quite traditional with the sliding door and cabinets and tatami floor. And it was cheap! It's just a little bit far from the station on foot. But it was still nice. <3

フロントも部屋も昭和。一階にある飯屋の500円分の券をくれる。部屋に風呂とトイレはないが、大浴場があるのでOK。男の人の一人旅で行くのがおすすめ。

門限が23時でトイレ行くのが少し面倒だけど、まぁ何とかなりました。今どきのビジネスホテルより、空間が広いのが良い。

繁華街の方だけど駅からは少し遠い”
駅からは少し歩くことになります。土地勘のある方はバスなどでパパっと利用できるんでしょうけど、初めての人は少し行きにくいですね。建物1階の居酒屋は値段が安くて良さげですが、早く閉まってしまうので注意が必要。付近には他にも店はいろいろとあるので何度も秋田に来る人には利用価値の高いホテルですね。

立地条件は駅近くで申し分なしです。 夜は、車の音が気になるぐらい。 駐車場が地下で狭いのでプリウスサイズなら問題ないですがそれ以上の大きさだと大変かも知れません。 総合的にお値段以上の価値はあります。

1、ホテル古いし、駅から18分かかります。荷物を持っている旅行者にとっては大変でした。 2､23時のcheck in の締切時間ですが、22:45に行ってもフロントには誰もいなかった。ギリギリ23:001人がきました。スタッフじゃないみたい､何かあれば解決できないです。 3、1人の部屋にはベット以外にはほぼ何もないです。トイレも洗面台も全て外です。23:00以降シャワーもできない。また､湯場も男子しか使えないです。女性の方にとっては大変です。 4､全体の雰囲気について､女性の方､特に一人旅の方にとっては怖いです。 以上の点は､4500円の値段を考えると､まあまあ納得できると思うが、おすすめとか全然ありえないです。。 一番気持ち悪いのは、フロントの対応です。 日本旅行支援キャンペーンについて､協働大町荘のホームページでちゃんと掲載していますが､スタッフに適用できないと断られました。スタッフにホームページを見せて､彼がいろんな言い訳をしました。毎回の言い訳も違います。なんか渡したくないので､言い訳しているという感じがめちゃくちゃ強いです。 ❶bookingからの予約ですから、対象外です。→実際には、ホームページの適用条件には、この点について書いてありません。もしこの条件があるなら､ちゃんと書いておこうよ。 ❷私への連絡方法がありません。お知らせできません。check inする前一度確認の必要がある。→実際には、ちょうどcheck inの一日前に､大町荘へ電話して､このキャンペーンについて聞きましたが、当時のスタッフはクーポンとか一切ありませんと答えました。本当にcheck inの時、また別の話をしました。スタッフの対応は本当に最低だしか言えないです。 ❸フロントはスタッフじゃないくて、問題の解決に役立たずになれなれしくして､なんか気持ち悪い👎。 以上の理由で、このホテルは二度と住みたくない最低のホテルだと思います。
