Really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, near the the local shops and only a short trip to work. The place was excellent value for money and sparkling clean which made me feel comfortable given the current situation. Will stay again when I’m next in the area.

Location was great. Very spacious apartment.
Very cold with limited heating, bad communication for key pick up and flat entry,we were never told we could only enter via a rear carpet, we had no car so had no need to go near this car park. Picked up keys at a local garage. Man at garage was very rude and barely spoke so no information given about entry.

When I did get hold of the property owner, he was patient and guided me to the property.
Toilet seat broken. The bedding was soiled and generally the place was not very clean. I booked for 5 people and had to send the owner a snap shot. Took a few hours to resolve the issue. Whoever stayed there last, the food was left in the cupboards. Not sure what to make of it but not impressed. Beds were uncomfortable and when I removed the bedding as stated when leaving, noticed all mattresses at were soiled. Given the amount you are charged, I expected at least clean beds. Kitchen cutlery was clean.

Customer service was spot on. Daryll and Mani were on hand to help with all the questions I had. Centrally located. Very clean with all amenities that you needed. Comfortable, Clean and warm..Very close to pubs, local Tesco and a co-op. Offie next door to the apartment. Highly recommend.

Good value, within walking distance to everything, recommended.”

Walking distance to all attractions ( eg 15 mins Sealife, 20 mins Bullring) so car remained parked in secure car park. Be aware of and pay Birmingham clean air charges after you visit (cost me £8 for driving in on a Sunday and leaving on a Weds). The apartment is very spacious and has two bathrooms, is well equipped and good value for money I thought. As a bonus, the large TV has amazon prime and Netflix which you can use even if not subscribed. Would definitely use again if in the city.
Freeview reception on TV is a bit dodgy. Couldn't watch BBC whilst there except on iplayer.

Poor / tired level of decoration. Only given last minute notice that keys should be collected from a garage 10 mins away (not great if you're disabled and it's raining). Sheets and pillows had been cleaned, but were indelibly stained with pen / lipstick. Front street door could be locked by other flats... fortunately there was a key giving access from a car park.

Great location, secure parking for one car and NCP very close by for other cars. Plenty of seating for everyone and comfy beds and sofa bed. A well stocked kitchen in terms of plates etc.
The property would benefit from a thorough deep clean. Some attention to double glazing/window frames would be good as we heard a lot of outside noise from traffic and pedestrians.

Location was ideal for us Ground floor Great size and felt really spacious 2 bathrooms Supplied with loo roll - very considerate Car parking space so near apartment
Collecting and dropping the key process was daunting as a women on her own, not used to city life. The app details were not complete and in some cases wrong. Having only one key was a challenge for a group of 4 adults. The oven dials had worn off so couldn't get it to work. No curtains in spare room.

Very good location and secure parking, but grubby and needs a good makeover.”

The apartment was located a short walk from the city centre, had a secure car parking space and some very good places to eat close by.
The apartment is in urgent need of replacement fixtures and fittings and redecoration. The ensuite shower tray and tiles were covered in black mould and the shower drain was backing up into the shower tray. Lounge furniture was grubby e.g. the settee was torn and the arm chair was dirty. Decoration was poor and looked like a 'quick fix'. Kitchen cupboard door was hanging off. In general, this looked like a long let apartment and reminded of us of low budget student lets.
