This hotel is a perfect recluse amongst a local Kyoto area that is close to Kyoto Station, and provides a perfect rest when you return to relax after a long day outside. The public transportation nearby easily takes you to any North, South, East or West areas of Kyoto conveniently. The hotel is immaculately clean, staff are so helpful and kind with any request, and beds are comfortable for a perfect sleep. I highly recommend a room on the third floor overlooking the city and Kyoto Tower at night, with a spectacular sunrise view in the morning. The wifi is excellent. Highly recommend to stay here!

I had stayed in the Japanese style room, it was nice and clean with complete amenities. The staffs were really helpful. They helped me to bring my luggages, order the cab and have direction to the driver. I would like to stay here again if i come back to Kyoto.

Very Pleasant Stay in Quiet Part of Kyoto”
This hotel is very nice, clean, and I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities. The breakfast was a little sparse considering it was about $16, but it was delicious, and since there are no restaurants/convenience stores in the area it was very welcome. For Japanese hotels, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. It's about a mile walk from Kyoto Station but not hard to find. Even though it's a little remote, I will be staying here again.

Stayed for three nights with wife and two young sons. The staffs were all nice and professional enough in this kind of reasonable hotel. The room, japanese style twin, was large enough for our family since our kids are still young. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet seems bit expensive to me, but the atmosphere was good and staff at cafe were nice, too. Would like to stay another time in future.

The hotel located near Kyoto Station, about 30 mins walk (note that I’m traveling with a 2 years old baby), room is spacious, very clean, I chose the japanese style room, which make the atmosphere is very Japanese. Bathroom is very clean as well.it is quite close from a bus stop to go to kyoto station. Will definitely come back when me and my family get back to Kyoto

We had a lovely time here, it was a shame it was not so close to public transport options and would be great if it had a spa or pool but the food was delicious at breakfast and for late night snacks when we went. Reception were lovely and our room was comfortable!
