BEST HOTEL IN ORMOC”
My partner and I spent an amazing night at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and they all know what they're doing. You don't need to tell them what they have to do. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and was very knowledgeable. The facilities were nice and we personally loved the swimming pool you can enjoy any time with no time limit. The linens were clean and absolutely first class. The room was huge and it came with a fridge, free water, coffee, and a big eco bag that you can bring with you upon checkout. We used it to store our laundry. The security guard was also very professional and polite. The staff at the swimming pool area were friendly as well. This hotel definitely lives up to their promise of providing luxurious experience. Kudos to the management for being on top of everything, and also to the owner, you definitely the best people to hire. I personally loved this hotel and I would definitely want to come again!!

Honeymoon”
Came to get married. Spent the better part of 3 weeks there. Great staff. Friendly people put up with a grumpy, sometimes sick American. They took care of me and my wife. I'm terrible with names but I remember faces. Great staff. Will always stay there when in Leyte.

Mahirap magtravel with kids, lalo pa that i have infant. But staying with this hotel had helped me to unburden some things that I have to think about kasi napaka-attentive ng mga staff. And may initiative sa mga needs ng mga customer ❤️ They instantly new na bawal kami sa pork maybe because kasi naka-veil ako, but without prompting them they serve us with no pork breakfast. And for "shared" desserts for my kids, again without my advise, they gave more than one spoon for a single dessert order during room service. We got so comfortable with the service, so we added another night ☺️ though downside, mahina ang wifi.. But if you have data, it wont matter much.

An oasis of quiet in the city ”
A charming and laid back hotel right in the heart of Ormoc City, close to the port and the downtown area. You wouldn't know it though as it is nice and quiet, with its own gardens and swimming pool nicely enclosed by the well designed hacienda style building. The staff is friendly, helpful and easy going and the main restaurant provides a varied range of local and international cuisine to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Ok hotel but with fantastic service”
The hotel itself is a little barebones but has all the basic amenities. The biggest problem I had was that wifi didn't really reach the rooms and was only available at the lobby at the time. However, the friendly staff and accommodating service more than made up for it. Definitely 5 star service from the hotel that would make up for the lack of wifi.

Ageing hotel but worth a visit.”
Whilst this is an ageing hotel which could do with some refurbishment, it does what it says on the tin. The rooms are basic but functional. There is a nice pool area in the grounds to cool down in the evening. Food is fine. The real benefit of the hotel is it's location, very close to where you get a ferry and there are some good restaurants nearby. Also, some malls within walking distance.

Excellent and friendly staff, lovely pool, with lots of free parking in great location. Unfortunately NO wifi in room, we had to go to the non-air con lobby to get a good wifi signal.

Great hotel with some issues ”
Great hotel. My second time staying there. First time no problems. Second time, the A/C had to be replaced twice and the shower was intermittent with low water pressure. All else was excellent.

Overall, from porters , to reception , including dining room and housekeeping staff, very friendly and obliging.......parking adjacent to the main entry was much appreciated, and excellent food choices and presentation....we enjoyed our stay here
