Nice hotel ”
It was my first time in Bangladesh and I don't have any experience with hotels over there. The hotel was comfortable to stay with good internet connectivity. I liked their breakfests. Personnel was very nice and helpful.

I like the service from the staffs, very helpful. Nice restaurant in the hotel and at the ground floor. The only problem is;its just little inside the lane. Just remember near Hotel 71. I had some business work so it took me some time to get in other areas from the hotel as it is a busy area. Otherwise, it is a good hotel.

An up and coming hotel ”
This hotel is a joint Bangladesh-Japan venture. The hotel is still under construction so it can be very noisy in parts but when it is completed I am confident that this will be a very nice hotel to stay in. The staff are very solicitous and thoughtful and the management was great.

Incompetent Staff and poor customer service”
The staff always seemed distant and non helpful. Many lacked common English speaking skills. Managerial staff would instruct the workers yet workers could not even follow instructions properly so had to ask multiple times for the simplest of things. They also let us move into a room with a broken spring mattrass resulting in me cutting my finger. Who knows how much I could've cut myself in my sleep. They did not even consider any form of compensation for their incompetence. Would not recommend this hotel as it is more stressful than anything I've ever experienced in other hotels and I travel a lot.

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional”
Staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was ok, there is an Asian style bathroom and one working American electrical outlet working. They provided bottled water, a mini refrigerator and toiletries.

Dirty bed sheet & towel”
It was almost a nightmare to me to stay ORNATE hotel. They don't have basic knowledge to run hotel. In fact I have to make a decision to give up a night more staying due to lousy bed room condition and towel. Of course the sound of electric power generator and mosquito inhibited sleeping as they allocate room of bad floor standard room even I book executive room. And they refuse to the money gap between standard & executive. That's why i had to withdrew from hotel after staying only a night. It meant that I had to lose prepaid second night by credit card.

Really bad experience ”
We had bad experience regarding check in when in my booking confirmation receipt with Agoda 2 guests with name included but hotel reception denied checkin. Also room was too small and room was not upto the quality.
