Fantastic hotel, very good value for money and the location is superb for trips in and around Liverpool city centre. Free parking at the rear and breakfast included which is fantastic and overall impressive. Would recommend.

Booking at short notice I had to stay out of town. 10 min driving to city centre. Comfy bed good bathroom and shower and staff excellent. Breakfast far too early though for weekend leisure guests.

Fab little Hotel/B&B”
I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely hotel while in Liverpool for a conference. It really is a little gem of a place - immaculately clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The proprietors and staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was superb - I had the vegetarian version of the full English and it was delicious. The hotel is well located in a pleasant area and less than a 10 minute walk to Orrell Park station with frequent trains to Liverpool Central. All in all excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay when in Liverpool.

Convenient location and spotless accomodation”
Me and my daughter stayed here for the netball World Cup finals weekend. It was a perfection location, only 5 stops away from Liverpool Central on the metro. The owner was extremely helpful. We arrived mid morning and although our room as expected was not ready he allowed us to park in the hotel car park and gave us our room key as we would not be back until the evening. The room was spotless with WiFi, tv, coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries. However we did find the floor to be very slippy in bare feet or socks. The downstairs facilities were excellent with a TV lounge, bar and breakfast room. The breakfast was very good! Overall we were very impressed with this hotel and it’s owner.

Very welcoming staff as soon as you ring the bell upon arrival , everything was explained to me , there was no time limit to return in the evenings jus asked to be quiet if returning late out of respect for other guests , told about local transportation and local shops for supplies such as food as drink or toiletries Room was spotless , fresh towels placed in each day aswell as fresh bedding and clean cups an spoon for hot/cold drinks , rubbish bin was emptied each day Aswell , small wall mounted tv was a nice touch aswell so you could get the local weather each day or watch some tv in the evenings once you returned in the evenings Breakfast choices were lovely and a few options to choose from aswell as selections of topping for the toast & preserves or several cereals to choose from or the cooked breakfast which was Delicious and always come out hot Would most definitely return here again on my next visit to Liverpool

Good Value and very clean”
Count 20 min to drive to the centre of Liverpool which can be an issue if you don't have car. Other than this, staff was very friendly, rooms were very good size and extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel to whoever needs to stopover while avoiding the city centre or need a good and more reasonably priced accommodation to explore the city.

The recent work to upgrade the hotel has provided a good base for exploring aintree and north Liverpool and is well connected to the City Centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast good quality. Great value for money.

What a find, this hotel is excellent value for money, very clean and spacious rooms, my only one critique would be that a small fridge in the room would of made all the difference. Breakfast is excellent and the added touch of biscuits and hot chocolate is much appreciated. I will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends, thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay.

This is our second time staying at the hotel and suffice to say we were not disappointed. Vinod is very accommodating and aims to please his guests, he will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and your needs are met. The staff are second to none, very pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile. We will definitely be back there when we visit England again, well done Vinod!

I only stayed for one night. The room I had was adequate, clean and enough facilities ie tea coffee and biscuits and complimentary toiletries. However the only natural light was from a small window in the fire escape door or more light by leaving bathroom door open. Had it been a longer stay I probably wouldn't have been as happy. The hosts are very nice and the breakfast was well above average. There is a nice bar and the public areas are very well appointed. If you have appointment at aintree hospital this is an ideal place to stay. Only about 1 1/2 miles away. Overall I have to say my stay was very good. And, I expect to be staying here again in the near future.

Good value - nice stay ”
Good value for money - short taxi ride from the Races ( 10 minutes max) could easily walk the journey. Comfy beds, working shower. Pleasant owner who Provided the information we needed about route to races, taxi etc. ( I must add the taxi seem incredibly cheaper then Manchester) Has bar on site with Good selection of drinks Would recommend and stay again
