Strategic location for tourists”
The hotel is with old classic design (outdatee fashion/ style) and structure. Some rooms were renovated. The hotel is in Gogol Street which is in the centre of Almaty city. It is directly opposite Zenkov Cathedral and Park. It is also on a walking distance from bussines area, Green Bazar, Arbat Square, theatre and entertainment places. Lots of restaurants and shops are close to the hotel. Pablic transports metro stations and bus stops, ATM machines, banks and exchange shops surrounding the hotel. In short, it is in a perfect location and all what you need is available within few minutes on foot. Breakfast is with little of variety but it is good in comparison to the cost of the room. WiFi signal is not that good in the upper floor (floor No. 5) Staff of the hotel are very kind and helpful. Even though they don't speak English, they try to do their best to make your stay or cost to Almaty interesting and joyful I recommend to all types of travellers (solo, group, family, businesse

PLUS. good position and shining entrance hall. breakfast quite rich, more east side taste, good. standard room, bed comfortable and big. MINUS. Bathtub was not very clean and bath products quite poor (soap was already opened). minibar empty, you should ask to reception everytime. no complementary water or tea, which instead I found in other facilities.

街の中心にあり、立地はこの上なく便利。フロントの女性スタッフたちはこちらのオーダーにも一生懸命に応えてくれて、とても好印象。ただ、ハード面は如何にも「旧ソ連系」という感じで、老朽化と使い勝手の悪さは否めない。ハード面だけならイマイチな評価だが、立地とソフト面を加味すればお薦め出来るレベル。
