Two Nights stay at Overlook Resort - On-Line Booking”

This is the worst experience I had staying in a resort. The photos shown on the website were not true. The on-line booking was a disaster, the room I paid for were already occupied when we checked-in. We were given another room instead. There was no water supply in the morning, no linens and soap, shampoos, etc. and we were not allowed to use the pool. The place was noisy because of guests swimming and drinking at the poolside and the videoke happening the entire night. We were not able to sleep for two nights. This place in not a resort and only good for local guest. What a shame that Agoda is advertising this place to overseas guests. I would request for a refund or at least a formal apology from AGODA.

my stay was terrible in fact i checked out and did not stay there at all i lost 2 days hotel costs but still feel good about it never seen such a dive in my life how can you call this a resort??

the staff are not trained”

The staff were not trained on how to attend to the needs of their guests. When we got to the hotel, they were not aware of our reservation. They didnt want to accomodate us because they said that they were not informed about the reservation. They want us to cancel our reservation and just ask for a refund. We came all the way from subic which is 3.5 hrs travel time to antipolo so i insisted that they give me a room or else i will file a complaint against them. It took us 1.5 hrs before they finally decided to give us a room.

スタンダードの部屋を予約しましたがagodaにあった写真とは異なった部屋でシャワーも水だけでした 部屋も狭く窓もありません　　監獄のようでした　　フロントの人は現地の１７－８歳のアルバイトのようでした ホテルのフロント係とは全くかけ離れた人で、もてなしをするのではなく、留守番をたのまれた高校生の印象でした こんなホテルもあるんだとあきれました。２泊予約しましたが損を承知で泊まるのをやめました。 夕方６時ごろつきましたが食事どころもなく周りにはレストランなどなのもなく、暗くてなんか危険な印象を持ちました トライスケルを待たせておきましたので　町まで帰れました。
