Everything is perfect! The staff are nice. Room is cozy. Location is just 1 min next to jr. And there's a hot spring u can emjoy. Recommend!

Lovely place to relax after hiking Kumano Kodo”
I stayed here after hiking a portion of the Kumano Kodo. It's next to the train station, which can take you back to Osaka. It's also near bus lines which go to Nachi and Shingu. The facility had the feel of staying in someone's house. There is an onsen on-site. I don't recall of there was a common room. The staff were helpful in giving me ideas on how to spend a lazy day in town. I only wish there was free luggage storage after you check out.

Really sweet guest house with traditional beds on the floor. Very old but clean and good value for money if you want a nice place at cheaper prices. Very close to the bus for Nachi falls and they have lockers outside if you arrive early. No one is available for check in until 4pm.

There is only one shower room”
The lodge was fully booked and I tried to take shower several times but not available all the time. In the morning I tried to use the bath room next door to take shower only. And of course I did not want to use their bath. But the hot water was suddenly stopped! (I didn’t know if it was switched off by the owner or someone in the property) I was sooo suffered to use cold water to remove the shower gel and shampoo from my body.. very bad experience.

Everything is good. Only we need to use coin locker before check-in time. Check-in time quite late and check-out time quite early. Anyway I will stay here if I visit this city again.

Rooms were small and walls thin”
Great location near the train station (after finishing the Kumano Kodo). Our room barely fitted the two single shikibutons. The walls were quite thin so were heard all the voices, farting and snoring from the other rooms. Not the best place for a good nights' sleep. That said, the Onsen was nice.

The manager is very nice. Japanese style room. Very close to the train station and bus station. Very happy journey.

Opposite the train station”
The walls are thin and a little aged but the room is clean. The shower room and toilet are good. There's a dedicated toilet for ladies. There's also a small hot spring room but I did not use it though.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay. Right across the road from JR Kii-Katsuura station (the side without the elevator). Friendly staff, great amenities, clean room, what more could you ask for?

Localisation très très pratique (gares, shotengai, port, resto, laverie...) personnel au top, charmant établissement et propre. Les vieilles maisons japonaises sont mal isolées (sonore et thermique), mais il y a une clim, par contre niveau bruit... ben cela fait partie du charme...

小さなお宿ですが、スタッフさん、オーナーさんだったのかもしれないけど、みなさん、笑顔がとても素敵でした。一番のおもてなしだと思います。 また、一人では、大きすぎるくらいのお風呂に温泉♨️を、掛け流し状態にしてくださっていて、とても気持ちがよかったです。
