                Oyado Hayakawa features indoor hot spring baths, a Japanese garden and Japanese-style rooms with mountain views as well as garden views. Free WiFi and a free-use internet PC are available at the lobby. Rooms have relaxing interior with low furniture on a tatami (woven-straw), traditional futon bedding and a flat-screen TV.                 Great Ryokan with caring staff”

                The room, the nice owner, the position

                It was nice! Despite not serving breakfast, lunch or dinner the stay was great. The owner picked us up with his car from the JR Station! For quite little money you geat a great japanese style room, and yukata to enjoy Kinosakionsen! I recommend staying at Oyado Hayakawa!

                Love this beautiful place”

                Place was near the station, the old couple who owns the Oyado were very friendly and kind. Yukata was all provided for. We really enjoyed our stay in Kinosaki Onsen. If we ever came back to revisit, we would come back and stay with them again. Only downside during our stay was the frequent rain fall in a day.

                Nice staff ”

                Very hospitable staff. The ryokan was walking distance to the train station. Very easy to get to. Even then, Kinosaki has ryokan service and the staff was very nice and sent the luggage there for us. The house is a bit dated. But the room was clean m, spacious and had an ensuite toilet. Good view too.

                Excellent service”

                We booked a 2-bedroom suite which can accommodate probably 6 people even though we have on 3 people in our group. The room is very large at very good price. The hotel is a bit dated, but still very clean and well kept. The service is great. The owner took our luggages to the stations even though it was just a few hundred metres away.

                Oyado Hayakawa”

                The owners were very friendly and accomodating as most of the people in our Japan trip. The hotel had a very japanese feel. Customers have the option to wear the traditional yukata and sleep in a traditional japanese room. Really loved our stay here. Also, the location of this hotel is very good, plus they have their own private bath.

                If you want a modern style hotel, this is not suitable to you. But If you want a traditional style hotel, this won't let you disappointed. Also there have a nice staff!

                I can walk to every onsen from there. It's not far. There are free tickets for bath in every onsen in the town. The staff is very cute.

                Nice stay, owners are helpful”

                The hotel is 5 min walk from the train station. Owners are helpful, they prepared a book of suggestion for meals & bath houses so you can refer to the book at any time. The owner offered to bring the luggages to the train station after we already checked out, this is very nice gesture of him. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this traditional hotel,

                古き良き旅館”

                城崎温泉のひとり旅で泊まりました まずロケーションはとても素晴らしいです 駅からも近く温泉街の中心にあるので外湯巡りもしやすかったです 食事のプランはありませんが素泊まりには最適です。 また、ご主人・奥様の気遣いがとても素晴らしかったです 建物はレトロで歴史を感じられる古き良き旅館でした。 窓側の謎スペースもちゃんとあります トイレは洋式（ウォシュレット付き）で綺麗です。 門限（23:30）はありますが、深夜まで飲みたい！って人でない限り全く問題ないですね そもそも、深夜まで開いているお店がほとんどないですし 難点をあげるとすれば、、 朝に宿内でシャワーを浴びれないのは少し辛いですが、地蔵湯（朝7:00~）まで徒歩30秒なので早朝出発でない限り問題ありません とても素敵な宿でした。 また特別なご配慮いただけたこと、感謝しております。 ありがとうございました。 また泊まりにきます！！
