I love the private hot spring”
It was so nice choice for private hot spring. I enjoyed the private hot spring on a rainny night. It was awesome feeling free in the hot spring and so calm with the raining sound. I went to sleep very quckly. Also it had frash airs in the next morning and I like the small garden with lovely flowers. The food are good and it was yammy The best thing is the big window that I could see the white fogs after the raining on the second floors. A staff took a photos for us after check-out!! Thank you for all of you =))

Nice And helpful staff with excellent service. Private osen in room is certainly the best experience which is much better than the public onsen. However it is cold to take shower at outdoor in winter. Food is delicious.

It's a bit far away from the train station and no free shuttle arrangement is the downside of Sakuratei. When we walk to the hotel, there is no one in the front desk. It was a not so nice start of the stay. During the 2 days stay, the experience is wonderful. Staffs are very nice, relax environment and good food. We end up being happy customers, thanks to the staffs. Our room's WiFi doesn't work and the staff don't know how to fix it which was a bit inconvenience. Highly recommended if there is no plan to go around especially during rainy or hot days.

Reasonable for ryokan stay”
GOOD : Private outdoor onsen was the best! / All kind staffs(bit "too much" kindness haha). / Japanese dinner course and breakfast were good. Especially thank you for explaining most of the menus in English. / Free Parking lot. Not too far from main street in Yufuin. / REASONABLE PRICE for ryokan stay! BAD: I did not know outdoor private onsen means that we have no indoor shower room. Outdoor shower in winter was totally new experience for me. And I could smell smoke in the room and it seeped into my clothes.

We had a great time, and I had a great sleep. I haven't slept well in years, but after hot springs, I slept very well. The food was very delicious and the room was very comfortable. We really loved this place!

A small shopping centre just opposite to hotel”
A minute walk from Tosu station to hotel, clean & tidy place to stay, free parking is provided. This hotel is more suitable the one to stay after shopping at Tosu outlet, because tosu station is far away from city, probably take an hour drive to Saga city.

Their private in room onsen was nice. Since I was pregnant, the chef made a special kaiseki meal with no raw food for me and it was delicious. Very thankful to them for accommodating my needs.

まず、駐車場に車を止めた時点ですぐに旅館スタッフの方がお出迎え下さいました。 お声掛けくださり荷物も客室まで運んでくださったり、すべての接遇・対応が完璧でした。 チェックアウト後には旅館の前で「お写真お撮りしましょうか」とお声掛けくださり、思い出に写真も撮っていただけました。 客室内もとてもきれいで、お料理の配膳サービスもとても良く、大満足です。 コロナもやや収束には向かっていますが、まだまだ感染が心配なところ、こちらの旅館はすべて離れで、お食事も個室で取れるので、そういった点でも安心できると思います。 大分へ旅行に行かれる方にはすごくお勧めしたい思い出の旅館になりました！！ お世話になりまして本当にありがとうございました！！！

很簡單舒適溫泉旅館”
職員都有着日本人服務態度，很有禮，私人室外溫泉及房子都很整潔，晚餐很細緻，早餐好味。但房內沒有浴室，要用室外溫泉附設淋浴設施，雖然天氣冷，還可以接受。整個住宿很好。
