We had a check in last june 22-23 . The front desk shift in the 2pm and till our check out time 12 noon . Is so amazing and very informative. Thank you ! The room is big i love the bed considering it was a standard room . Def will come back

You'll need to bring your own toiletries for dental hygiene like toothpaste and toothbrush.. other places offer to include that but they dont, also no slippers available on the room. They do have bidet and hot shower tho. Not a bad experience to stay on this place

The stay was affordable and convenient. They gave me my request which is to be on the top floor. Our floor also has access to a water dispenser which we could use anytime. The room was also spacious. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room. It was quite dusty and some spiderwebs were forming in the sink and the bathroom door. Also, though there was wifi access per floor, our room did not quite get a decent wifi signal.

It was a big leap from the 1st stay.We are at room 506 the shower n toilet was in one place the room bed was quite small but it was okay ,aircondition was superb and with window view.Definitely a good stay.

Room 508 it was so big the toilet anf shower is separate the place is in good ventilation but i felt creepy staying in that room.Something strange.But overall it was a good stay.

Affordable and Comfortable Stay with Accommodating Staff at OYO 136 Regal Residences”
I recently had the pleasure of staying in room 410 at OYO 136 Regal Residences, and I must say that despite my last visit being almost three years ago, not much has changed. The rates may have doubled since my last stay, but it's still an excellent value for money, in my honest opinion. One of the standout features of OYO 136 Regal Residences is the key card system used to access both the glass door leading to the elevator and the guest room itself. Room 410 is spacious and has all the essential amenities, including a window-type air conditioning, an orbit ceiling fan, a separate toilet and bath with a heater, a mirror and sink, and a television with ABS-CBN TV Plus. The beddings are really comfortable, and the towels smell great. I also appreciated the two pairs of slippers and the tissue paper provided in the toilet. The staff at OYO 136 Regal Residences were also accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. They were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location of the hotel is a little far from the food establishments, but you can order food through an app. They have also added a thin blanket over the existing thin blind, which gives more privacy. One thing I would have hoped for is a double lock for the doors so that I don't have to worry about someone accidentally or intentionally opening the door. Although they have an all-in-one hair and body soap in a small liquid bottle, it would have been nice if they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste, but that's just wishful thinking. Overall, I highly recommend room 410 at OYO 136 Regal Residences for anyone who wants an affordable and comfortable stay in the area with accommodating staff.

Don't expect much as it's for a overnight or 2 night of stay , it's fine. Or book it for hourly . Just check if the water heater is working or not.
