Definetly deserves a max 10 star..... The room is very clean, the place is accessible to everything we need.. The room design is very cozy and spacious... And complete amenities... Such as good wifi connection, bed is comfortable, towels are new, rooms smells good and complete with coffee's, fridge, vault, office table etc.... Thank you so much for the warm welcome, accommodating and very high hospitality of the front desk MS. ERA, NICOLE, AND CHERRY.... and the fast room service of MR. JESTER AND ALBERT will surely come back to this special place..... Love itttt.....

Our stay was simply great”
The room is clean though quite used. Location is nice since it's in the heart of the city. Staffs were nice. They always smile and check what you need in your room. But, the parking is quite difficult. They called us at 7am to transfer our car. They also dont have complimentary water. Generally, it was nice.

Nicole (front desk staff) was very accommodating together w the rest of the team (Carla, Cherry, Hazel,Era, Paul, Albert and Vanya). The 24hr Shwarma resto beside the hotel also serves tasty snacks, we wanted to try the shawarma but they ran out of stocks. Very near the LRT Stations and Robinson’s.

It was a comfortable & good stay. My friend and I have a week-long exams last April and we're looking for a place that is within our budget, near our school and that has all the basic amenities we need while we spend the week there reviewing. The staffs were nice. We were accomodated and assisted by Nicole and Era on check-in and Kuya Nelson on check-out. Although we were assigned a different room on first day, Nicole was quick to lead me on the right room. We also happened to experience the earthquake during our stay so we immediately evacuated the bldg. Good thing we're near the emergency staircase which is always open but it just leads us to one exit, same w/ entrance. I just have an issue about the ref, since everything turns off upon leaving the room, same goes with the electricity of the ref, hence, our food inside weren't kept cool at all times, more chances of spoilage. The wifi was fast. We needed it badly since we were doing research all the time.

pros it is just a few blocks away from the embassy if your there for an interview and near Robinsons. Cons only available in their menu is arabic foods so if your not fond of I suggest you choose others, there is no hot water for shower, the mini refrigerator is not working, the bidet has a problem, no slippers. No vault to secure your important belongings. Not so safe safe to walk outside at night.

This is a huge effin SCAM! We booked on this hotel and ended up with no bookings at all when we arrived at this hotel, the hotel guard stated that we are the 4th group that got scammed by this booking..waste of money and most importantly..TIME..

Mitt omdöme baseras ej på att bodde där i tre nätter utan på det intryck jag skaffade mig genom att titta på de tre De-luxe rummen på plats. Jag valde att avstå att bo där och ge mig ut stan med resväskan och leta upp nytt hotel., Bilder förmedlar inte verkligheten. Kombinationen av lukter, aircon som brummande likt tröskmaskiner eller var trasig och sängar med bäddmadresser i dåligt skick ingav magkänslan att här fixar jag inte att bo. Jag måste kunna få sova i ett hotellrum, oavsett antal stjärnor. Jag bryr mig inte om TV, gym och pool. Ett rum med tillräckligt skön sovmiljö och någorlunda komfort med aircon är rimligt att begära. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående och förstående, det är ju inte deras fel att ägaren inte tar sitt ansvar. Jag vet ännu inte om jag får betala en del eller hela summan då avbokningstiden upphört.
