Free potable water. Free coffee packs. Free wifi. Free shampoo & conditioner sachets. Free soap. Was kinda expecting for a free toothbrush and toothpaste tho (just like what OYO Royal Park Inn & Suites branch provided us with when we also checked in there). Location is very accessible and ideal. Staff are accommodating, immediately responded when we called for help with regard to operating the television. Facilities are all working (elevator, appliances). Clean and peaceful hotel overall. The only things I could criticize are the (1) absence of a rag outside the comfort room, (2) dirty towels, (3) placement of the aircon which makes it hard to cool the room, and (4) placement of the faucet in the room which makes the water hit the countertop thus leading to water flow towards the floor.

You can easily find the location in google maps. There is also alloted parking but comes with an overnight fee. The staff were accomodating.. The room was clean and facilities such as water station in the hallway was included. It was a great stay.

Pros: great location, near sm sta. Mesa, very near mezza with lots of restaurants, walking distance to lrt, nice staffs, very tidy room, i have a wonderful city view in my room, comfy bed and pillows, fast wifi and thank you for the free coffee and unlimited hot and cold drinking water. Cons: No cable tv channels but it's okay, I have a good night rest though.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean room. Fast wifi. Location is great. Walking distance to a mall and LRT2. A lot of food places nearby. The deluxe room I booked was big and is worth the money. Has an elevator as well. Has a heater. Will book again next time.

Got the deal for 800/night for a double size bed for 2 and 955/night for a twin setup. It cost less than 6k for 3 nights for both rooms. It was pretty clean and they had hot & cold showers, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush toothpaste, towels and tissue. Water was available 24/7 at the refilling station. Decent AC but had limited options for cable. Though let's face it you won't book it to spend the whole day just watching tv. Tip: If you get the room 527 (twin set up) the refilling station is just outside your door.

I really am thankful for the girl Maie and her really uplifting smiles. And hawk, the security guard who is excellent in his duty by being alert and thoughtful. The area is comfortable, accessible and Malls by a walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, just make sure u take the route towards the shopping mall and there you shall find these restaurants. I recommend staying at this place.

Really simple, basic room accommodation. It was spacious enough for 2 pax, very clean room. The bed was huge. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. There's available parking for hotel guests but hope it's free instead of having a charge of P150. The location is near SM Sta Mesa, groceries and restaurants as well as LRT2 station.

All personnel here are friendly. Very affordable, yet the room is clean with free water in the hallway. They have secured parking space at minimal cost.. I was suffering from diarrhea during my stay there, and the beautiful receptionist on that night duty delivered medicine in my room for free..I can't imagine that they also have emergency meds, 5star for that! For the price I paid, I would say that this is a very nice hotel, decent and clean, especially for solo traveler like me.

Pros: -It is very clean. No bugs nor any dust. -No room service, which is actually nice because they let you can just use Grabfood or Food Panda so you can have whatever food you want. -Near SM Savemore and shops, which are just a few minutes walk away. LRT2 is within a walking distance. -Personnel are very respectful. -There is a water dispenser for unlimited hot/cold drinking water (you have to fetch them using the Jar however). -There are 2 pairs of flip-flops you can use so you don't have to walk barefoot. Cons: -Front desk requires a deposit of P500, so make sure you have some cash on you when you check in. -For some reason, there is only one chair, and we have to always request for an additional stool. I do not understand why they don't have the additional chair already provided. For couples, do they want one person to eat standing up? -NO FREE SOAP OR TOOTHPASTE! So bring your own. They used to provided them last year, but no more (cost saving maybe due to pandemic) -There is hot shower, however it is hard to enjoy since the water coming out of the shower is so little. It is not really a shower but more of a drizzle. -Lighting can be straining on the eyes after a while. It is either a strong light or total darkness. It would be better if they added one lamp that can be left open when it is time to sleep for those who like some illumination when sleeping.

I really enjoyed my 8 night stay here due to the place that is very peaceful and a ventilated room apart from the semi-spacious room. I also enjoyed how their staff accommodated every guest who stayed in this Condotel. Every two days, they always clean and change my bed linen, duvets, pillowcases, towels and toiletries. I hope they will consider putting up at least one mini-refrigerator in the room and offer breakfast for the guest.
