Hotel was good. Rooms were bit congested but tidy and clean and good if it is only required to get some sleep at night. Staff was polite and their behaviour was good specially Mr. Nakul. He was very jolly and supportive. Owner was rude as hell. He dont know how to talk to guests. He always answers opposite to what you ask or say. He is mannerless. He denied to book rooms for the next day saying that all the rooms are booked even it was showing available online.

This is located in perfect area where you can find everything and it's not far from main town so you will have homely feeling. The owner is very polite and friendly and you will get home food here as well.

Cozy and comfortable stay in Shillong”
Hotel staff was good and gentle in behaviour. Location of the hotel is far from Shillong central point which took around 20mints in local cabs and 200RS during day time. Rooms are spacious Z1/Z2. and allow sunlight to enter in room. Host Mr. Kairela was supportive and enjoy company of guests.

Pathetic”
Food was horrible. We tried food from almost every category of the items they had. Not even a single item tasted good, rather the vegetables did not seem to be fresh at all. There were ants all around and inside the tea kettle. Some of the rooms are non planned, hence conjusted and suffocating. We had to wait for 2 hours for a single bottle of water. The father of the owner/incharge was rude and did not seem to care about the tourists' convenience. The owner/incharge gave us wrong information about Shillong and the prevailing laws there. Drunkards were all around the guest house. No action was taken whatsoever even after our complaints. The place is 1.5 kms away from Police Bazar. So dont believe other reviews which say there is only 5 min distance.

A Nice place to stay with Parking space and 5 mins walk to Market”
Hotel is located inside residential area. Calm, Clean and Tidy place worth the money you pay. Ample space for Car parking. 5 mins walk to Bara Bazar and Police Bazar. Away from bustling market. But service is great. They make u feel like home. From main road there is a 100 mts steep walk on paved road. But once u reach the gate, you will not find any issue.
