We stay 3 rooms My Wife and her Brother and his wife and her Sister her husband kids were the ones who stayed very clean all 3 rooms very happy with the rooms the only problem she had was finding the Hotel no even the Tax’s or Tricycles knew were this Hotel was!! On Agoda the address said it off Roxas but it’s not located there so someone from the Hotel would make sure Agoda has the right location cause the Hotel is new and the area is heavy under construction my wife said but the Hotel and the rooms were excellent Beds are nice double twins were more like full size much bigger and Queens were like king size but very Comfy beds rooms so please fix the Address for this Hotel other than that we give you 4 1/2 stars

The property is clean which I really like, however, the outside of the facility isn’t. The staffs are all kind, however, they didn’t give us the bathroom necessities we need so we have to go down to the front desk again to get them.

The hotel is new so the rooms are clean. New paints, bed linens are clean, air conditioning’s functional, hot and cold showers are functional as well. There’s bidet which is totally awesome! The room is big. The hotel location is confusing because the app shows the address of the old JRJF hotel which is along the city road. This one is the annex hotel and It’s near the market, convenience store and public terminal. Hotel is not known to most public transports so Tell the tricycle driver to drop you at Oyo Annex hotel beside SNN store.

Electricity went off (specifically the lights)”
We had a pleasant stay. Good value for the money. The only problem was that early in the morning the lights in our room suddenly went off. At first, we thought it was only a blackout, but the air conditioner and tv were okay. We called the receptionist and told us to wait for the technician. But the technician took so long, it was not even our check out time. We had a really hard time taking a shower and fixing our things without the lights. So we just decided to check out prior to our check out time. But all in all, the hotel is okay. It is our 2nd stay btw. God Bless! Happy New Year! 👍👍👍
