This hotel was rated 3 stars, which was surprising as it's not even deserving of a star. The site listed free breakfast but there was a huge sign in the reception stating no free breakfast. The rooms are small, The beds were creaky and had to adjust with a cushion. The water that came out from the taps and shower was brown and dirty and I was asked to let it flow for 5 mins and clean water will come but that did not happen. The location is good but apart from that this hotel is bad and they should do something to raise its standards for the price its listing. its cheating customers.

The only thing good about this place is the look, there is no phone number available neither the staff is available all the time, location was very difficult to find.

All sorts of bad experience associated with this booking! I was charged double upon arrival with no option to pay the charge or check-out! As I had paid a hefty amount already (non-refundable) I had to pay whatever the hotel charged me for! Breakfast was not free even though the booking showed free. Cleanliness was an issue. Housekeeping did not tidy up the room. Open/cut wires were in the room. TV did not have remote. Phone not working. Geyser taking ages for hot water.

Good hospitality, location, food. All good, just if you're a business traveller, avoid this one. We stayed here for 3 days, all was going smooth, until the checkout day, when we told the hotel staff at 12:45 to book a taxi for us to reach guwahati airport as we had a flight at 16:55, usually it takes 10 mins to get a taxi, someone at the hotel reception decided to take this matter and use it as an opportunity to get a small commission, and called a taxi that arrived around 1400hrs, the commission transaction happened in front of us, nevertheless, we were doomed to miss the flight, on our way to the airport, the guy who was driving tried his best to make it in time, as he started dring crazy, we had to tell him not to drive rash. Anyway, we reached airport after 1710, missing the flight, we had to reach Delhi in order to catch our next flight to pune. We booked new flight that cost us 16000. We wrote to the owner about this and received not a single reply not even an apology.

Locations is near a waste water canal and a bad smell while at hotel entrance. Inside room there is no issues.

In our room, stinking sewage canal has welcomed us... and stayed with us till next morning. we could only get rid of this smell when we checked out. We were lucky as we only stayed for 10 hrs...
