    Very pathetic Host”

    I want to give rating on all parameters. Host - Very bad denied entry at last moment and said pay me 2000 for one day then you can stay. Property - Rooms are like lodge filthy and deprived of basic hygiene. Location - It's in residential location so nothing is accessible nearby. Don't get fooled by image you can find tons of home stay with great view and service but never ever booked this property.

    Please dnt go there, they are very unprofessional and stupide. They dnt know manner,(stuff and owner). I booked room by agoda, but they Denied to give me the room due to profit margin. Do, please dnt booked any room from bells begxa.

    Worst OYO ever”

    Waste of money and spoilt our trip because of this stay. Booked because of OYO mark. There was no water in the washroom, and no facilities like (soap, and drinking water) provide. No Fan / AC in the room as mentioned. Booked with complimentary breakfast but staff told that they don't provide that. Also looking at the place didn't want to have anything there. On top of that staff is super rude, especially the manager who lives in Shillong.

    Don’t go to this place ”

    1. Very poor location, very far. 2. Very poor dirty room, bathroom was good only, very less space in room 3. Food was not at all good and one bread omelet charged Rs 80 in this poor hotel. Poor tea. Foods are not good and not properly cleaned too 4. Drivers room charged 200 per day excluding food, which no one does in any cherrapunji room. 5. Owner is also not very welcoming lady. My recommendation: avoid this place
