I have a mistaken booking using the Agoda App. Two cancelled bookings were charged against my card. I managed to get the refund, since the Reddoorz customer service is very efficient and responsive. During my first day, I waited five hours just to get a "ready and empty room" even though I have my booking confirmed in Agoda. When I was given of a key, I proceeded immediately to the room only to find out that it is not ready. Garbage and vomit are all over the place and bed has no beddings. I went to the reception area and told the staff that the room is not yet ready and was given of another room. The room was clean, however, the water source seems to be failing from time to time. Toilet flush is faulty and the windows has no curtains. The television also don't have any reception and data connection is too weak. All in all, it was a great stay. I enjoyed myself outside.

The bathroom drain is not working properly. The water floods inside the bathroom. There's a cockroach in the room. The room is smelly.

When I entered the room, there's cockroach and there are still uncleaned hairs on the bed, pillow, and the bathroom. The pillow is smelly. The place is located in a slum area. The front desk personnel are kind, but the place and overall service is not satisfying. The window has no privacy. Be sure that you are not naked inside the room because you will really be seen from other rooms.

Hotel is clean and well suited for solo travellers. There are instances during weekdays when the road in front of the hotel is almost impassable due to school children rushing their way out from a nearby school during noontime and some time around 5pm. View from the rooftop is cool and I like it. Staff are friendly.

Very bad customer service ”
When I was checking-in there wasn’t any amenities including towels. Since it was a budget travel and usually I carry my personal towel I didn’t ask them for one. However, when I was checking-out they were checking my bags mentioning that the towel was missing. They didn’t even listen that the room didn’t have any towels on the first place. I didn’t even mind checking my bags however, they didn’t even ask sorry for the inconvenience. Inaddition to this inconvenience the stay in this hotel is not enjoyable. The room floor gets wet when it’s raining. Can find better hotels at the same cost in near by places. So I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Great if you're in a budget”
It was my first time and not bad... The staff are very courteous and welcoming... There are many food stalls outside the hotel that are affordable... They got netflix in their tv... Room included toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, a sachet of shampoo and a bathroom tissue... Towel was provided, just ask the staff. They have electric kettle and a free 350 ml water... I thought there is a bathtub but there isn't. I don't know to other rooms... The rooftop bar is cozy but I have not avail their drinks. I might come back next time. Thank you...

Nothing too fancy here (although rooftop bar/city light view is very nice; but good low prices and good location in getting to places in Pasay and nearby Makati. Lots of eating choices and ability to see more of Barangay life.
