We had a great stay in this hotel. I was actually quite hesitant at first since the reviews are not that good but I decided to check it myself, and it wasn't actually that disappointing. The bedsheets are quite worn off but it still looks clean and fresh from laundry. The floor is really a bit untidy since hello we're in baguio, everything will really be damp and wet so it's expected. The bathroom is spacious, heater is working, water flows well, dipper is available instead of bidet which is workable, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, they provided us some kit for our stay (brush, toothpaste, tissue, soap, shampoo, and towel) though it would be better if slippers are also available since the floor is damp and u can't expect us to walk with our shoes on inside our room. The staff are hospitable and very kind. We haven't tried their food as we mostly eat outside while we roam so great, nice location and everything. Thumbs up for me!

Very accomodating staffs. Available parking slot for guests. Clean room. Accessible to public transportation. Walking distance from Burnham Park and other landmark locations. I recommend for solo or group travelers.

Their staff are really welcoming and accommodating. They always try to go beyond whenever I have a request. Location is still accessible but Naguillan Rd. is really busy area so it is better to walk rather than taking a cab or jeep. However is you have a car then definitely this area is accessible for you. Definitely no complains in terms of cleanliness with spacious rooms since I have been here couple of times. Internet connection is strong. So not bad for it's price!

12 mins walk away to Session road. Very accessible. Rooms are under the Korean restaurant. They don’t serve bottled water per room, instead they provide paper cups and uses water dispenser per floor. You can also leave your things after check-out without any additional cost.

The staff are kind and courteous and they are very easy to contact. The actual place is okay. Our room has an almost broken door knob at the balcony area but it was not that bothering. What disappointed us was that all hotels that I’ve booked here in Agoda (even overseas ones) offer toiletries like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and disposable toothbrush. That can help you minimize things to bring if you’re not that picky with toiletries and this hotel only had tissue paper and shampoo when we asked them for toiletries. It was a let down because we had to go outside to buy stuff when we were already exhausted from our tour. Also, there was no bidet and there was no bucket and dipper in our bathroom. We had to use the shower head when using the toilet which was a hassle. Hopefully they improve this.

Ok naman di ko lang nabasa ang lahat ng reviews before mag book .hotel location is good kasi malapit sa main and with parking space.just that the rooms located at the basement, using stairs . May free hot / cold water din sila ( water dispenser outside the room) much better to have ur own cups or tumbler ksi parang wala akong nakitang cups dun. Malapit sa 7/11
