A lot to improve”

The bed was simple and nice. Shower was working. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. However, there's a lot of things this place has to improve. The water from the faucet was yellowish I had to buy mineral water to clean the utensils. The cabinet's inside was full of dust. TV and table were blocking the cabinet. The curtain was placed with a scotch tape I had to make ways to stick it for privacy. Wifi was not working. There's no generator in case power is out. Overall, I won't book this place again as I could find a better accomodation at the price I paid.

It still new and they have big fridge, microwave and cooking equipments. They also have dining room and living room. You just have to contact them before going to the location because google map points a different location.

Place is hard to find. Facility is new and lacks certain things in the room such as a chain, trash cans or a small table. My biggest problem is the yellowish brown rusty water you shower in every day.

WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER!”

1. Location is far from where I wanted to be at. When you search the place in google maps, it will show Gatuslao street, that’s where I was brought (Negros Residences) by the taxi. Then I had to walk with my luggage for 10min to an OYO hotel only to be told that this was the wrong one. After the front desk confirmed had booking in OYO 789 ABN, i booked a cab going to the place. It was a challenge locating the place, we entered 3 wrong streets, took us 30min to find the place which is nowhere to be found in google maps. There was no sign on the street as well. I called OYO customer service who kept saying we were near but the problem was there was no signage. I am from Bacolod City, so i can imagine how difficult it would be for non bacolod residents. When i finally checked, i called OYO customer service and told the lady this was not the location I wanted. I told herp about my experience being brought to Negros Residences in Gatuslao street where this property was pinned according to google maps and that i had to walk 10min to another OYO property only to be told this was the wrong one. I was told my only option is to cancel then get a refund. The problem with this is there is a festival in Bacolod city and all hotels are fully booked a month before the festivities. So it’s like telling me you sleep in the streets. So i had no choice but to keep the booking. 2. Booked a twin room for 2 guests but was “dumped” to small room with a single bed which had a pull out bed. When I checked in, i was in a twin room with a large bed, and when i was out at night I received a call from “John” the manager who told me they needed to remove my stuff from the room another guest was assigned to my room. Good thing my friend was still in the area so he was able to move our stuff. When I came back at night, i was shocked to see the TINY ROOM good for 1 person. I tried calling “John” the manager but he wasn’t picking up. I also called OYO customers service but not one was picking up.

Not worth the price to be honest. Room was pretty small, the shower had no pressure, no bin in the bathroom or room, no key to lock the door when your out and hard to locate, google maps takes you to another location and there is no signage on the street.

You cannot see this Hotel in Maps, it will lead you to no where!!! I've had a hard time locating!!! ugh! No contact number to reach the facility.

The staff is very nice. The place is nice and clean.I will definitely come back if I need a place to say at Bacolod again.

This place is not worth your money!! 1. Their location on the map is wrong. We had a hard time finding it. 2. Their doors only have a doorknob lock, no other locks which is very unsafe especially for solo female travellers like me. 3. Their water smelled like rust. I wouldn't even let it touch my skin. 4. There's no garbage can. 5. They don't have a proper front desk. 6. There's constant weird noises. 7. There's no wifi. 8. TV doesn't work. While talking to the locals, theg recommended better hotels that are in the same or even cheaper price.
