Regatta Residences doesn't accommodate OYO bookings anymore, and I just found that out the day of arrival. I called OYO customer service and they were quick to transfer me to the nearest OYO location (Anglo Residences).

If you are a boarder, this may be for you. If not, then well you might not like it. There's an aircon, mini ref and microwave but no adapter so you can't plug it. No hot shower. No towel. No free toiletries. Spacious though. Reasonably clean. I just didn't like it smelled of cigarette smoke and butts can still be found in the trash. No wifi and no elevator. I just appreciate that its a walking distance to the venue of my event.

The area is dangerous, people there are not friendly or welcoming, my girlfriend were scared all the time.... It absolutely does not safe to foreigners ... No WiFi, they give me a small room when I arrived I told the receptionist that I have been a booking for a sweet, he said it's the last room i already have, I shouted to him and ask him to call the police... Finally he gives me my sweet in the 6 floor obs( the elevator does not work)... Obs: it's not clear I get allergy, there's towels were Dirty smell...

Didn't get refund”
I got a confirmation from my email regarding my reservation but when I checked in, the guy in the front office told me that they don't have any rooms available, and I was the third person who came that day and have been sent away due to unavailability. I emailed the property owner asking for refund but didn't get any respond yet. I'm extremely disappointed how this matter has been handled. The location is in the residential area of San Juan and no parking at all. We ended up staying in a hotel in Ortigas.

The place itself and the rooms are not bad. It's clean, with A/C, and decent toilet and shower. The building itself has its own charm. However, there is nothing else. We stayed at a one bedroom junior suite with kitchenette, but there are no towels, no soap or shampoo, no cutlery, no dinnerware of any kind. When we asked the staff about these items, the answer is always they've ran out or there are none available at all. And it seems they run out of things a lot, because the staff isn't even bothered and even unapologetic about it. The walls and ceiling in this place are also quite thin. We can hear everything from neighboring rooms, cars on the street outside, and even the water pipes. Look at it as urban glamping and you'll be fine. Don't expect comfort stay because you'll be disappointed even with its cheap price tag.

Place is okay but problem is there is no wifi connection in our room & mobile internet signal is not good. I will not recommend the suite family room if you are a wfh. I also complained it to their front desk but no resolution was made. Turns out I was abseg for 2 days on my work due to no internet access.

Went there w/ missing bed sheets towels and toiletries. It’s as if they didnt know that we are going to check-in. Ref had molds so I had to clean it myslef.
