          Need to improve; - No towel during check in. - Wifi connection its so bad. - Bathroom have used soap at dish, and the wall also floor have fungus. - The entrance door handle is broken. - Kettle head is broken. General info; - No lift access. Have to climb until 2nd floor. - Have water refill (coway) at 1st floor. - No hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safety box & mini fridge. - Limited tv channel (only local)

          Very noisy behind have nightclub”

          Everyday night from 10pm until next morning 3am nightclub behind the hotel will play very lousy music and disturb sleeping. It really affect my traveling mood in Labuan.

          The location near to Terminal Ferry Labuan, just walking distance. But the room their staff needs more effort on cleanliness. I'm very dissapointed over the cleanliness as this is my very first time stay at the hotel.

          Excellent location. Centrally located in the Labuan Town, near to Terminal Ferry. Very clean. But small problems are the TV not functioning and the air-conditioning is leaking water. But in overall, this hotel is recommended.
