Exceptional”
the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The staff can speak English very well. They even book us a restaurant and taxis. We were leaving for airport early in the morning, their office open at 9am, but they ordered a taxi for us two days in advance, which is very handy for us. The distance to and from Hakata station is around 800 meter healthy walk if you don't mind walking a bit.

hotel facilities is new and clear. staff english is good and cheerful. Hotel giving me Fukutarou for just they forgot set the sofa bed. Ever 5 star hotel won’t give anything for this minor mistake. Surely will stay here for next time to hakata.

Such a big and clean room”
This looks pretty like a room in a condominium. Kitchen and washing machine are in the room and we had a chance using the washing machine which was nice. The staff is helpful indeed. 14-min walk from Hakata station is ok.

the room size is bigger than other hotels which is suitable for a group of family. The room is very clean and full of necessary equipment and amenities. The location is quite good, a little bit far from the JR station.

Enjoyable Stay”
Enough room space for 2adult and 1 child staying. It is very good that the room with the simple cooking facility which is very useful for family which taking care the breakfast for baby/ small kids. Customer services can speak fluent Chinese which is very helpful for the check-in.

The place is a bit small for 4 people but you get what you pay for. It’s really much cheaper than other places and the room is clean, as what you can expect from Japanese inns. Staff are friendly and can speak English.

Very nice Hotel in the heart of the city”
Hotel design is beautiful and stylish. Staff are helpful and attentive. They even provide free parking for hotel guest which make our stay more enjoyable. Location is ideal and just 8-10 mins away from MRT Station and Taxi is always available outside the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast do not have much choice but still OK. Will come back again

博多駅から竹下通りを南へ約650m約8分歩くと到着。7月の福岡は超暑く汗だく。道中にコンビニや、ほっともっと有り。徒歩5秒の所に時間貸し駐車場あり。チェックイン時の説明が丁寧で長く前の客が終わるまで相当な覚悟が必要。自分の番も丁寧で長かった。鍵は無く暗証番号で入れるので写メが良い。 期間限定無料チャリを借りました。 部屋に入ると広いなーって思いました。 洗濯機、洗濯洗剤、ピンチハンガー、ハンガー、タオルセット、掃除機、コンロ付き流し台、電子レンジ、大きな冷蔵庫、テレビ、ソファー、ちゃぶ台、よく効くエアコン2機、2台のベッド、強いWi-Fi、多数のコンセントなど生活する備品が揃ってます。綺麗な木目のフローリングで壁紙はよくあるアイボリー色です。部屋臭はない。 欠点は、上の階の歩く音など生活音がよく聞こえ不快。車の走行音は聞こえるが苦にならない。博多駅から微妙な距離で歩くかタクシー。 総評、快適に過ごせますし連泊して良かったです。福岡へ行く機会がございましたら再び泊まりたいと思います。

大人二人、高校生と小学高学年一人ずつで2泊しました。とても快適でぜひまた泊まりたいと思いました。ロケーションは街中なのでそれなりです。夜中に低いリコーダー音がずっと聴こえていて、気になりましたが冷えすぎたのでエアコンを切ると音が止みました。それに気付くまで相当長く眠れませんでしたが、部屋の造りもバス・トイレ別なのも部屋の入口暗証番号なのも良かったです。

マンションスタイルのホテル。滞在中、３人で余裕を持って快適に過ごせた。上下隣室の生活音も聞こえない。博多駅まで若干距離があるが、付近にバス停あり。最寄りのコンビニはセブン。24時間最大800円の駐車場もホテルの向かいにある。宿泊料とは別に、一人一泊200円の宿泊税が必要。仮に３人で４泊したら2.400円。

部屋に洗濯機があるので、洗って帰れば帰ってからの洗濯物が少ないし、翌日に着ていく服も出来るので良かった。 何よりこのホテルのシャワーの水圧が最大にすると痛いくらいで良かった。
