Quality Time”
Me and Family really had a quality time. I booked for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. We booked for the Garden Deluxe however when we arrive the resort upgraded us for free to Ocean View Deluxe. The place was so nice. The location of the room is perfect. You can really smell and feel the sea breeze. You can only hear the chirping of the birds and you can really relax while watching the beauty of nature. Our room is also located near the hotel’s infinity pool. Though in terms of facilities they don’t have that much like their TV when checked in, their cable connection is not yet fix and to me this is important, especially if you have children. The food is okay. Common food they serve for breakfast. No buffet, they served ala cart. The place is so quiet. So if you are a person who loves peace of mind and really wants to disconnect the busy life of the city, I would say this is the best place for you. Food price is a little pricy but with the current inflation, I think this is just okay. Overall, We had a great time and I would recommend this to my friends and definitely we will return if given another good offer. Thank you Pacific Cebu Resort. 🫰🏻🙂

The place was wide and with a lot of trees. You can bike around. They have 3 pools too. The rooms were right for the price. Maybe you could add little coffee in the room next time. Hehe The service was great! The staff was excellent. Good job! Will be back soon

Staffs are grrat and friendly. The room we booked in is clean and is enough for a family of 3. It has cooler so you can bring some drinks inside instead of ordering one. Food pizza is yummy, costly but yummy. Dinner - not so many dishes though but all good. Pools are clean nice and place is awesome. So many instagrammable spots. They had it renovated which made the place even nicer

Exceptional”
We were upgraded to deluxe ocean view for free since we're the only guest that day.The staffs were friendly however due to pandemic there's not much of staff everytime we call for room service it will take time for them to answer or none at all. The place is not that clean well maybe bec of fewer guest and limited staff. No sleepers in the room and no shampoo, only soap. Over all experience is great.

Customer service is just WOW! during our dinner,a crew offered help without being asked. Everytime we requested something it was delivered to our room immediately.. the food is just great,worth every penny. The sea wasn't much of a satisfaction maybe because of it's loc., not much of a high tide.. but their pool is so well maintained,so clean, felt confident bathing my 1year old baby..

A great place for families to enjoy time to together with better than average facilities and beautiful grounds, good food, crystal clear pools, and beautiful ocean views. Off the beaten path but easy to get there near Cordova. Staff does their best to make this home away from home. Something wrong? - on site management will make good. They also have a limited local membership program that does not tax the capacity of the resort. We give this place a 🌠🌠🌠🌠

The staff are very accommodating. We had to change our room type as we had an infant with us. The place is very nice for family outing. The Garden view room though needs more attention as there are a lot of mosquitoes and there is bad smell outside the rooms. Overall, will still recommend the place.
