We found ourselves locked out of our home late at night so needed somewhere to stay. Within minutes we had booked a room at the Pacific Inn. The decor is outdated but so what, it was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also a great price, especially for London.

Filthy, shabby, cold and drab”
Litter at the entrance. Dirty peeling paintwork. Stained, threadbare mattress. Radiator not working well. A see through gap behind the w/robe Smelly, mismatched drapes. Filthy bathroom grout. Blocked shower head and drain. Grime around shower screen Thin inadequate bedding. Blown glazing Window latch broken Cracked kettle. No diner/lounge/bar/ room service. Clean White Sheets and duvet cover. Clean White towels and bath mat. 2 hours after I arrived a male cleaner tried to open my door quietly without knocking or announcement, I caught him doing it, told him sharply not to do it again. I didn’t think it was legal to run an establishment with no standards. Please report them to the authorities. I wouldn’t stay there again if I was paid a large sum of money to do it. Jeanne White

The hotel has wrong location on google map. It was very difficult to reach there as I reached at night time and no taxis were easily available. Hotel is old fashioned and not much facilities provided.

One night only”
We book a quad room ensuite so that four friends can chat with each other in the same room. It was very disappointed that the room is small which is actually a double room size only and we even don't have space to open our luggage. The room is very old with limited maintenance and no windows except a dirty rooftop "glass" in the ceiling. There is no lift but our room is on second floor. So we need to carry our heavy luggage to climb up narrow ladder and corridor. Actually, we don't think it is a hotel but feels like a a very cheap hostel located in a busy street near Heathrow Airport. We loss our interest to chat as it was too crowded for four persons stay in this small and run down room and leave the hotel at 6am next morning without hesitation!! It will only suitable for those who just want to find a bed to sleep and catch up the early morning flight and don't care the condition of the hotel but just want to find a sleeping place with convenient location to find restaurant and close to Heathrow Airport (£45 taxi to Heathrow Airport).

Cockroach/bugs in bed!!”
Horrible, the room is uncleaned with mini cockroaches in bed!! Utterly a nightmare, honestly it is not worth the price for just being slightly cheaper. And you cant go out after 12:00am, as the reception close at 12:00 and the main door will be locked unless you have to ask for speical assistnat and make an announcement every time that you are going out and coming back

Nos toco llegar un feriado, por lo que la conexión con Elizabeth Line no funcionaba y demoramos muchísimo en poder llegar. Hay que tener en cuenta que la forma mas rápida y facil de llegar al centro de Londres es por allí, sino se complica. Pero teniendo esto, es facil. El hotel es básico, pero tiene todo lo esencial para dormir bien. Y fueron siempre amables.

C’est une transaction honnête: La chambre est propre, pas chère, nous dormons bien, la chambre à été rangé pendant notre absence. Il y a des savon et des brosses à dent à disposition ainsi que du thé, des biscuits et de l’eau. La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte avec des trace de tartre, avec des petits recoins pas très net et un rideau est abîmé dans la chambre Personnel très discrets, numéro toujours joignable en pleine nuit. Le quartier est très animé et un peu chaud la nuit pendant le week-end. Accès extrêmement facile du métro.

Erfüllte den Zweck”
Wir waren zu dritt hier und brauchten die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen und Duschen, die restliche Zeit waren wir sowieso unterwegs. Wer also nur einen günstigen Platz zum Schlafen sucht und keine hohen Ansprüche hat (Einrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen, Tür kaputt), der ist hier richtig. Mit der Bahn ist man auch schnell in London City.
