Large comfortable apartment, perfect for family. Didn’t use gym or pool, so can’t comment on that. Walking distance to old quarter and Hoan Kiêm lake.

Spacious apartments at good location”
I booked this serviced apartment for my stay in Hanoi for a week as I wanted some more space and privacy. Actually I had booked a studio, but the management gave me a free update to a one-bedroom apartment, which was a nice surprise. It is not the cheapest place in town, but what you get is worth the expense: a daily serviced spacious and tastefully furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dvd player and a luxurious bathroom. You get a Dong worth voucher for a meal at any of the three restaurants in the building, including the swish Rooftop and a Highlands coffee bar. The building is nicely located at about 15 minutes walking from Hoan Kiem Lake and with several good within walking distance. In conclusion: a fine place for the business and leisure traveller who is not on an overly tight budget.

Good location and facilities”
Pacific Place is well located for shops, business and tourism being just 5-10 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake, and a further 5 minutes from the old quarter . The rooms are spacious and clean and reasonably priced - excellent value for 2 or more sharing. Don't expect full hotel services as the rooms are primarily seviced apartments for long term residents, but that said I had an enjoyable stay there

Great for families and groups ”
This hotel fit our needs perfectly. We took a three bedroom apartment. The rooms were spacious however there was not enough closet space in one of the rooms (we like to fully unpack our suitcases)! Kitchen was big and the living space was spacious as well. The Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The Roof top garden pool was beautiful although it was too cold to swim but we took lovely pics there. The Roof Top restaurant was brilliant. the food, view and drinks made this a lovely bonus. Hotel is located in Opera House district so it is quieter than being in the old quarters. Which makes it a nice escape from the hustle of Hanoi...Highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing and superb time in Vietnam. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of us!!

5 star appartment with beautiful swimmingpool ”
great appartment close to te station in the french quarter. it 's only 15 min walk to hoam kiem lake. you can have breakfast in one of the four restaurants. great coffee at highland coffee. the pool is superb on the 19th floor with à beautiful view over hanoi. very spacious we had à room with kitchen for euro. better than à hotel.

Good service apartment in and excellent location in Hanoi city center. It offers and alternative choice to traditional hotels with an spacious and comfortable room and good apartment amenities. On the negative side being a residential facility it lacks the typical hotel services that some travelers might require like restaurants, room service etc. but overall if those are not required is a good and comfortable place to stay

Decent location and room with a few issues”
Pacific Place is an office tower as well as an apartment building (with permanent residents). We arrived late at night to find what we thought was a reception desk, to be empty. After asking a few people (who said "no hotel, no hotel") we finally were lead around the outside of the building by a security man to another entrance which was the entrance to the "serviced apartments" and had someone at the reception desk. We were given our room keys (& card key for elevator) and we took ourselves and bags up to the room. We got to the room to find that the lights etc would not turn on. I found what looked like a breaker box in the room (which was pitch black - luckily I had a headlamp handy). My boyfriend flipped all the switches and everything seemed to turn on. We were delighted to find a nice room, with separate bedroom, and large living room/kitchen area. The bathroom was also quite nice, and after a long day of travel I decided to have a shower. As I was getting out of the shower everything went black again... Somehow the breaker had blown, but this time it was not the one in our room, but the one outside in the hallway. There was no phone in our room so we had to go down to the reception desk and ask them to fix our problem. They were fairly quick to send up someone to flip the breaker, and we were back in business - although with a few bumps along the way. We were given a welcome drink voucher and a breakfast voucher that couple be used a few different spots located in the building, which was handy. The rooftop bar (you need to use the elevator on the other side of the building) is well worth it for the view and ambiance. We noticed that the hallways had an unpleasant smell, maybe because people live in the apartments and are cooking. If you are looking for a hotel-like experience, this is not the place for you, however if you are wanting to feel independent, then this might be the right place. Also the rooftop pool was quite nice, and the gym was fairly large

Everything about this serviced apartment was great! I would like to buy an apartment. I read that the places were slightly dated , just a little , I actually appreciate the Decor , very neutral and comfortable. Couldn't fault anything , just the staff could be a little more helpful at the downstairs desk. But honestly , that didn't matter as we found a great travel agent. Overall , great rooftop gym and pool, nice rooftop bar, we will be back!

Clean, large and not far from the action”
we took a 2 room apartment plus study for 3 people. i allowed my friends to take the 2 rooms and sleep in the study (which they had put in a single bed) obviously my room was slightly small. but that was to be expected. my friends were very happy with their rooms and facilities. rooms were large and clean. a lot of space to hang out and chill after a hard day of sight seeing (the place is located in my opinion a quiet area, if you were to compare to say the french quarter). and not too far from the different nightlife hot spots(roof top bar next door) staff were helpful, although there was a slight language barrier, again that was to be expected for serviced apartments. excellent value and a very enjoyable place to stay at.

Excellent location but very poor maintenance”
The building is very central and about 15 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Our first stay was upgraded from Studio to a One bedroom apartment. It was spacious with a living room, kitchenette & bedroom. Not fancy looking but it was comfortable. They still use keys and a key card for the lift access which looks shabby and unprofessional/unluxury with a sticky note taped in the key card for the room number. We liked the gym on the 19th floor - good equipments albeit a little rusty. The residents living in the building often open loud TV in the gym which was distracting. There's no restaurant in the building but there's plenty nearby. The lobby should be more tidy (staff left their stuff all over the front desk & there was a pot with just soil, no flower or plan left randomly in the corner). The building could use with some maintenance. The lift was damaged & chipped all over. Overall, it was an okay stay. Like someone else commented, the building has so much potential. The apartments are very expensive to buy but they are not being managed well for short term rental.

Great but...”
Apartment was beautiful. Very spacious. Staff was lovely and helpful. Pacific place was very clean at all times. The views were spectacular and the pool was very handy. However, the wifi was in and out (we had to keep resetting it). The fridge was not working when we arrived and had to be replaced to then be replaced again later that week. The washing machine would leak and leave water on the floor after use. The electricity was not working one morning. No hot water was available during the last 3 days of our stay.

This serviced apartment is a little pricey, but good value for money in terms of the size of the spacious apartment with kitchen, overall cleanliness of the place. Very convenient for business travelers as it comes with washing machine and dryer. It provides meals and drinks vouchers with value good enough for a light meal for one person only. I booked a studio in last minute but then get a free upgrade to one-bedroom apartment. This is a high standard and good value for a five star serviced apartment. Location is perfect, staffs are extremely friendly. Building is a bit old while it was built a while ago but still good in value. I love the Rooftop Bar on 19th level.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped rooms”
it was my fifth stay at pacific place. the building is modern, well-managed and located on a major avenue. there are restaurants in the building and nearby. staff are helpful but in-house services are limited to daily cleaning. very good gym. the kitchen is comprehensively equipped, everything quite new. the room is not well set-up for working, there is no desk and only hard stools to sit at the table. some residents keep dogs which bark periodically.

Hotel is clean and safe, not too far from landmark or sightseeing in Hanoi. The only issue I had was hot water/ water pressure. Water pressure is low and most of time, there was no hot water.

If u wanted to have apartment then only few choices in town that u can rent! And pacific is one of them but everything is old and bed linens are dirty and itches. Really no services especially when u are there during Tet. Price is good and space is good but need to upgrade or at least maintain and start with cleaning better. Our balcony is full of dust and too dirty to go outside. It is good building and good location just need better management and professional run.
