Nice stay”
It’s a budget hotel but they try to do their best. Everything works well if you are not too demanding, hot shower, stable wifi, good food of very affordable price. Sometimes water supply was cut, then I realised why there was a bucket in the toilet.. It was such an experience if you walk to the hotel from the bus terminal. Google map leads you to a mountain where probably will make you feel confused and lost, but just went up and go through it, then you arrive. Or you can choose the car route on the map, it’s just 500m more than the walking route.

Great for the greatest spot in the Phl”
Hotel simple, good room althou basic bathroom without hot water for shower. Wifi and AC good as well. Brkfst not includrd, can have downstairs but so basic and minimum that it's better to get it at nearby resorts, walking distance. The beach is wonderful and probably the best in the Philippines, almost deserted as it's far in northern Luzon. Affordable price makss Rinnovati the best option around, although service is very basic.

Not that good”
When we went there the information section is hidden and it's not welcoming there were a lot of people in front of the building making noise. We went there 1:20 pm on the Agoda page it says there that the check in time is 12 PM and check out time is 1 pm so we expected that we will have a check in but unfortunately the staff said it should be 2pm and check out is 12 PM. While we are waiting that was the time when they were cleaning our room so we went to the beach and walk we left our things in the reception area. After that at exactly 2 pm they managed to clean it but then we requested 2 towels but they said that they will just give it because the laundry shop did not yet deliver after 5 hours there were no towels coming to us that's why we followed up and after 5 minutes they gave it to us. In addition, while we were sleeping people outside are so noisy that was until 11 pm that is why we just left our television on so that we will not hear the loud conversations outside. Then, when we had our check out there were no staff on the reception area that was quite disappointing. The venue is 2 mins walk from the beach. The way going to the beach is that you need to pass the restaurants so you can go to the beach there were no main way to go there. I think there are some resorts that has the best service even if they have a cheap value.

Its good location and pocket money wise. But i advice the management to have their own staff on site during night time. Some travellers were just to loud and noise during midnight. Which i was going to contact the management but no one answering their phone and out of contact.

Budget Travelers Beware”
The staff was accomodating and friendly, however the room was really dirty to a point that mold was growing on the corners. Because of the growing mold, there was a lingering smell of foul odor in the room. Room security was also sketchy since the windows outside the first floor rooms were only sliding panes that can easily be broken into, or worse slid when unattended by the guests to lock it first. Comfort room is okay, no bidet. Water heater is a bonus but the water pressure is sub par. The door handles when we first came was very sticky and oily. We have tried to change our rooms but we were told that all of them were booked. No action was also taken by the staff to remove the mold and foul smell in the room. They only gave us Lysol and we had the request it. Apologies for leaving a bad review but that is our take. Thanks still for the stay!

The staff are very kind to attend with the guests' needs. They are willing to buy some groceries for you. I'm just a little disappointed with the ff: Hot Shower is not available so we asked for an Electric kettle, ; There's no side table for some belongings; Restaurant is not open so we need to check other restaurants nearby; It's not beach front. If ever I will go to Pagudpod again, I would try accommodations on the other side of blue lagoon which is better for swimming. Overall, This is an average accommodation.

The room we got was one with a balcony. It was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. Rooms were not numbered, so it gets confusing. The door squeaks and is very difficult to close. The plus side is that the staff are accommodating and they have hot/cold water dispenser on every floor.

There were even no toiletries available, no floor mat my 4 yr old daughter slipped many times coming from the cr, But the distance from the beach is near and if you just want to stay for the sake of sleeping the day off, this is a good place to stay

The whole place is a bit old and the entire place is not inviting. The reception were mostly unattended and we had to ask the staff to refill the water, we always had to ask for towels, we basically had to ask everything that is supposedly available to guests. We also had to scout for our own cottage as we do not have a place to stay at while at the beach.

Needs improvement 1. No toilet paper inside the bathroom no bidet, no soap and no shampoo. 2. No eating utensils inside the room. 3. Cable tv not working even local channel not working. Good thing we have usb. 4. Wi-Fi very slow and poor signal inside the room 5. We book a room with a queen size bed they provide us with 1 blanket for a double size bed. I request for a bigger blanket. They gave 1 blanket for a single size bed... ?_? 6. Water was not 24/7 they even turn off the water even if I told them someone is taking a bath. 7. They only serve breakfast. If you want dinner or lunch you can eat at the restaurants of the other hotel which is pricey. 8. Front "desk" isn't 24/7. 9. Maintenance guy playing loud music while cleaning the hallway while we are sleeping. 10. Refrigerator dirty, noisy and is placed beside the bed so the heat from the back of the ref goes to the bed :( Pros. Near the beach.
