great base for a Saigon visit”
excellent location, helpful pleasant staff, good breakfast, clean well maintained facility. great place to start your stay, however, it is on a busy central street with lots of evening activities, so avoid rooms on the street if you are a light sleeper.

The best Hotel and Location ”
I stay at this hotel every time I am in Vietname as it have the Best view look down to the Nguyen hue street at nice time it look amazing. Also all the staff are very nice and friendly. Specially Tuan at the reception he is very helpful and Friendly he made us feel welcome and fell like we stay home 😊. Specially you travel with young kids. My son love this hotel every time visit Vietname. I am highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Vietname.

This hotel is closed to everything. It’s right in front of the walking street near Rex hotel with many shopping & restaurants like Com Tam Cali. only 2 minutes walk & market Ben Thanh is about 18 minutes walk. We love the location. The room is just right & comfortable. Free breakfast which is good variety with baguette & soup like pho & coffee & variety fruit & desert. Very good breakfast & good value stay. We spent here two nights before taking off to Hanoi trip. Thank you for hotel front desk team & service team they helped us with luggage & check in quick & smoothly upon arrival & check out.

Great place in the middle of it all”
Took the wife here on Valentine's Day to escape being parents for one night. Great location for us to walk to the restaurant she wanted to go to and then hangout at one of the local bars with friends. We went with the Palace Suite which is a corner suite and in our case the 13th floor. The view from the bedroom is perfect both day and night. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is nothing special but you are right in the middle of the city so it is easy to go find somewhere else to grab a bite. I have friends coming over before the end of the year and they are looking forward to staying here for everything I described above. I strongly recommend you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Hotel is what you expect”
Palace is an older hotel but well kept and the rooms were cleaned perfectly every day. Staff were excellent and the position cannot be more central. Breakfast was OK. However, and this is no fault of the hotel, but since Nguyễn Hue St has been made into a walking street it's also become an event street and that can mean noise, not unusual in Viet Nam. If you are very sensitive to noise you should book elsewhere, but if you want to witness all the action of central Sai Gon, book yourself a room with balcony overlooking the street.
